Hmmm . . . I thought the metagame was all Gengar, Beedrill, Flygon, and SP decks.

Now the SD's have been leaked it turns out it will all be Shiftry, Bibarel/Mismagius, and that SP Toolbox/Lopunny/Pokemon Contest Hall deck.

I'm sure this has completely ruined everyone's preparation for US Nats.

The better question is, who even cares about this deck??? People are going to still play whatever they think is good and won't even test this matchup because its silly.

When or if you see someone flip this deck out at nats, all you have to do is think and not have a deck that totally sucks vs this and youll win......

Sp has poketurns, weakness in some cases and even more often(after your let loose) you have a giant unmatchable hand. Unown g really messes with this, so does qween vs. the fact youre only doing 40. And if this is all happening on turn 2-3, whos to say im unable to evolve? Anything w/ lvl x's can majorly outplay this. But ive only seen a really weak build of this so i may be nuts. Or i may be dead on, mew's still on team R, and everyone is playing along with his giant joke.

I wanna see this played at the side event though. would be FUNNY.

Hm, Grovyle needs to add some techs or it will lose badly to this one. =(

But I found an interesting trainer card that not only heals my Pokémon from comfusion, but also helps to get around Shiftry's body. Of course I'll not tell. xD

i tested shiftry/dugtrio before you post it, but the deck is not good. dugtrio is a nice tech, but your opponent should be good enough to avoid the confusion.

My tech Arcanine handles the matchup fairly easily.
