Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Texas State Championship...March 20, 2010

And even a better reason to hunt her down for a photo opportunity.

remember kidz beating Mike is no big deal, just start with a Slim Jim resting on one ear or the other, this will throw him off his game and then the stomach takes over, or smear a big mac all over yourself once u see his eye twitching move in for the kill, don't let him take a bite unless he picks it up

Not a Slim Jim fan but I could be in trouble if I smell Whataburger, McDonalds, or Church's Chicken. Wait, you might be in trouble if I smell those 3.

Have you been able to figure out the parking? We're all interested.

10$ to park ... is what i thought got posted.. and if you leave and come back you gotta pay 10 $ to park again

but around the area looks like a couple of lots but they might be pay to park too

Even if you are staying at the Hotel you have to pay extra for parking?

After speaking with the "Convention Services Manager", she says that no one will escape the parking police. Bring some money with you, as parking will cost you $10. If you leave, you will pay another $10 when you return.

Also, she says no food will be brought into the hotel. If you go else where to eat, you will need to eat there. Or go to your room to eat.

MP Birch

thats all i know

Speaking of March Madness starting today, I got to thinking that since we have to pay 10.00 to park, MPB should at least throw in a special Mama Birch chocolate chip cookie with our parking pass.

This will be my first Pokemon event, other than the 2 pre-release that I went to. I'm so excited

Although, this being my first event and all, I hope I don't have some kind of unspeakably terrible experience there that will ruin Pokemon for me for the rest of of my life :frown:

hey if u need help let me know im jakob so i will see what i can do to help u :D

Ut oh, we have DQ hater in the house, get a rope. You know, we have roll of duct tape (DQ yellow) and I'm thinking texaspokemontcg1998 might look mighty fine taped to a pole about 4 feet off the ground.

If your parents are planning on doing that, they better be on the look out for "No Parking" signs.

.... i have people that will kill u if u touch me. RAWR feel my rath  um k any places you guys know that are close and my mom and dad won't have to pay for parking.

Food in that hotel is expensive...better dust off the Credit cards and call the bank for an extension on your mortgage...lol

On edit: can we bring a cooler with stuff in it and keep it in our room?

No hunting please - I won't be hard to find but may be running around like crazy. I am a runner after all!

Don't know about the cooler (probably - if it stays in your room and you eat the contents of said cooler in your room) - but I do know that the hotel has a list of take-out/delivery menus. You can have food delivered to you at the hotel to take back to your hotel room. (things like Dominos, Papa John's, Jason's Deli, Chef House, etc.)

Hope that helps!

Usually you can. The hotel doesn't usually have fridges in them unless you ask for them (don't quote me on that, and I think they charge daily)

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for many conventions, so they have no problem with you bringing food
