Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Texas State Championship...March 20, 2010

lol, I gave him the luxchomp list and dialga/chomp(Cyrus list for city championship) list. Although he did made some personal changes(1-3 cards) to the list.
Great player...as proof of playing with the luxchomp for 1-2 weeks.

cough....I hope you still have my Uxie LV.X and 1-1 Mewtwo lvx(which you never use).

Does anyone know how the Seniors top cut turned out?

Yeah, all the LA players went to MS, not because we're scared, but because Jackson is closer to the Baton R0uge area than Dallas.

I know three of the decks in top 8,

LuxChomp: Dale L.
LuxChomp: Christian D. (me)
Mother Gengar: Brett (don't remember last name)

I think there was another LuxChomp too....

Lost & Found

As the title says, here are the items that were lost and turned in to the front table.

1) One pair of eye glasses and case
2) One Poke-Walker with Pokemon inside
3) One DS / DSi game
4) One child's bracelet

Please "PM" or email MP Birch if you have lost any of these items and I will mail them to you.

Thank you to all of the players and parents that attended the "Texas State Championships". Some things did not go well. But, there were quite a few good responses that we received from players and parents about the venue and their experiences.

Thanks again, and I will see you again at "Regionals".

MP Birch

I'm a Master who had his own top cut to worry about, but I remember talking to a guy in seniors running Magnezone who cut, and I gather that a Sableye lock deck with Cyrus' Initiative apparently went undefeated.

The Senior with Magnezone is Jacob T. I played him.

Numbers down in Miss. so it would have been worth the drive to come to The best State Championship played. Brian H. from Missouri won. It would have been closer for him to go to Jackson. Dale L. who once lived in Miss. got second. Top 8 Cut In Texas due to the good turnout but the players were good and a some good 4-2 decks did not make it.
