The (Asumed) Top 10 Cards We'll Miss

Tht was the only thing that made it good, in its time. Nowdays, we use Bebe if we may need exs, and the only penalty is lose a card, but it can get basics.
But that's if you use exs. Celio's is beter, any non ex for no drawback.

I've concidered using it for a Kyogre deck idea. Now that no one uses delta species, its popularity has died off.:nonono:

It says "up to 2". The rulings have been consistent (see also Claydol GE) that if a card says "up to", zero is not an option. If you play or Telepass an Island Hermit, you must flip either one or two prizes, unless they're already all face-up.

It makes it a bit of an anti-telepass, but look at it this way: how well an you build a deck that's virtualy no supporters? It's not like everyone runs G&G.
The best Telepass counter would be to have Island Hemit as your card drawer, and just be carefull is your opponent sends up a Ralts.
 
Top 10 in no Particular Order.

- DRE
- Scramble
- Celio
- Cessation
- Flygon d + ex
- Steven
- Blaziken PK
- Holon Energy's
- Holon Mentor
- Delcatty + ex

There were alot of good cards that probably could of made the cut
but I felt that these were the best. On the contrary some of these
will probably be reprinted mainly the Trainers + Energy.
 
The loss of DRE and Scramble will be ENORMOUS. DRE has been the savior of non-EX, non-energy accel decks for over three years, and Scramble is perhaps the best come-from-behind card in the game's history.
 
You know, Scramble is more important then Celio's Network.

Why you may ask?

Answer: Cuz you can just use Bebe's Search instead of Celio's Network. BUT, you can't use something instead of Scramble. Scramble is unique.
Put Scramble as #2.
 
Brosius - How will Beach, Great Ball, and Master Ball be missed?

Beach: After set rotation, no DRE or Scramble or Boost... so it does nothing.
Great Ball: Not used in many decks at all, overshadowed by Roseanne's and even Mentor.
Master Ball: Too luck-reliant to be used in anything without the Fishing Engine, and the Fishing Engine isn't used so much.

Too bad no real control deck would be able to have any options against something dealing a pile of damage a turn right?

My Queen list (thats done well if I say so myself) played one. lol.
The only way that card is any good is as a 1 tech, if at all. And that still is only if your list plays 7 stage 2's and 15 single cards. And on top of all of that, you have the worst prize luck of anyone you know. Haha!

The main list doesnt sit right with me. Holon's Castform? People are going to be missing Stevens A LOT more than that. And thats only one of the things that are way out of place.
Stuff like Stone's and Hermit shouldnt even be listed there.

Yah, but what would be the fun of that if we didn't have a glory seeking team like spacetime making these incredibly controversial articles?
 
This article was based on the unfortunate asumtion that next format will be DP-on instead of PK-on. I guess there's a few more PK cards that need honourable mentions.
