I think a nice name that rolls of the tongue for Gardevoir/Gallade is Gallevoir

It sounds nice. And I think it could catch on.

well...

since I used to call the old gardy/ex deck GODofWAR

i call my new gardy/gallade deck BLADEofWAR cause you know, he has blades and all....

I just like the name

Super smash brothers is a better name for the BDIF!!!

I took a lot of time naming my decks last season. What I would do is find a word that best describes what it is the deck is doing, Then I would put it onto microsoft word, and look it up in thr thesauras to find words that mean the same, only sound a little more catchy....

Destiny for example.... It was a deck that, AT THE TIME, was able to metagame any and every deck that was being played, thus making it unstoppable or DESTINE to win.

Ambush all started with the whole idea of , we are gonna take everything at once. That decks damage spreading ability kind of did that.

Eeveelutions is pretty self explanatory. Although i did want to call it Retaliation!!!

One thing I can tell you though, is to have fun in nameing your decks. Make it short and clever. If you deck happens to do well, the name will stick forever.

If Nidoqueen/King = Monarchy, then Gardy/Gallade = Patriarchy

Hardly a connection. Monarchy is a given because of 'Queen and 'King, Patriarchy is not a given, while Gallade is a male it certainly did not start the family (since it came in later) nor do most decks play more Gallade than Gardevoir anyway.

You guys have to invent original, played decks to be able to name them =X

Junk like Blissey/Electivire deserve abbreviated names. When you CREATE a whole, unique, original deck it can have a similar name.

I just think names should fit the deck. If the deck is an obvious combo, then give it an obvious name.

When you contribute to the making of a deck, you can name it.

The best deck names are the ones that are simple and short.

GOOD IDEA: Gallade/Gardy = Gallade - Everyone knows what youre talking about, and its simple
BAD IDEA: Gallade/Gardy = Psychic Sword Master with Telepass.dec - ugh

GOOD IDEA: Magmortar/Absol = Magsol - Catchy, and no confusion
BAD IDEA: Magmortar/Absol = Flaming Demolition Baleful Style - UGH

GOOD IDEA: Lucario/Blissey = Lucario/Blissey = Simple, everyone gets it
BAD IDEA: Lucario/Blissey = Sunday Mornings Fighting Egg TRUK - Soft

That's the biggest problem with deck names IMO. Everyone (including your opponent) knows what's in there, thus no element of surprise. Magsol is pretty obvious as you said, but "Burn Away" or even "Baleful Flame" isn't as obvious, sounds more dramatic and just plain shows more creativity.

mario, makes me laugh every time!

I Personally would like for Gardevoir and Gallade to be called GaG.

If Gardevoir,Absol, Gallade and is in it, then GAG.

With so many playing it, I just GAG from the sight of wow another GAG deck. Wow, so orginial...

*off I go to finish mine!*

~Prof. Fish~

Another Personal Favorite is Pink Death, Weavile SW and Blissey.

Check this out:

For Gardevoir/Gallade, how about Beauty and the Beast?

Maybe it's a bit too long for a deck name, but I like it. Now I just need a name for my Flygon/Electivire deck. (If it still says FlyVire, ignore my signature.)
