I am okay with this there are certain cards in HL I need and certain cards I need to GO. I would rather have it stay than go this rocks!
 
At first i was all " NooooOOOooOoooOooo! I want my HL it was my first set back, and i just got my deck up!!!"

Then i'm like " Hey, I've got a deck set up anyway, Being on FRLG -ON!!!"

Stop messing with my head!

You don't see one reason to keep a set in modified for 3 years yet Emerald ghas your dibs as the base set for 2007 which would make it modified legal for 3 years.

There is a new Cradily in Eidolon that shuffle the Pokemon you pick in their deck(1 for each Reaction on him), but you need Reaction for it.

i think the point about life herb is incredibly valid...
why would they print it back-to-back if both sets would remain?
frlg just looks too much like a base set for it to be a second set. HL doesn't have those identifying characteristics, but we'll find out soon enough
 
Im still not gonna beleive its HL until POP makes an official announcement.

HL on just seems too extremely stupid to be true

I would be content with either format. However, I'm not seeing anything in terms of what sets will remain until I see the official announcement on POP's page. That's the most logical thing anyway.
 
If this is true, Zapdos ex may be still playable depending on what the next trainers will be. Because will still get Voltorb and HL Electrode, pwnage.
 
It also depends on if there are any more recharge pokemon. I actually saw a pokemon that could be run with Zapdos with a sort of recharge in a new set but I can't remember if it's in Unseen Forces or the set after.
 
Since Mike is evil for tournaments he should have a black lab coat....lol ill make one out of my trench coat I have lol.

wearing a coat like akatsuki suits him more

zapdos is playable even if its FRLG,we only need the trike's to help out in the 1st turn though....

Japan is FRLG-on, and america's card sets are based after theirs, after all. so it makes sense if japan is frlg-on, we would be too, their season is just ahead of ours...

and they reprinted life herb twice because HL would drop, and they wanted to keep it in this year's format via FRLG
