Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Thread of Funny Observations...

Why is it so hard to remember where you put something when you put it in an allegedly-obvious place?

(Example: one Baby Blues last year where Hammie stores his sneakers in the freezer and says "It's harder to lose them that way.")

"If toast always lands butter-side down, and cats always land on their feet, what happens if you strap toast on the back of a cat and drop it?"

Since the universe couldn't decide, the cat would start to rotate infinitely around its axis right before landing, until both sides separate surgically and both get to land face down :p LOL

Though 1:It is funn that 4kids took out all the Japanese Text (And the word riceball) in the Pokemon series, but left a sign that says "BEER" left in the first season.
Why do you say "It is always the last place I look." when you loose something. I mean do you keep looking after you find it?

Why do people think Pokemon cards are just pieces of card and that they are worthless when they buy PS3 Games for £40? After all they are JUST Discs;)

How come a dentist frowns apon people who are 5 munutes late for their appointment, when it is perfectly acceptable for dentists to call people in 20 minutes late.

Also Chinese food, it fills you up really quickly - but leaves you starving the next morning.

If Uxies, Claydols, Luxray GL Lv. Xs, Flygon Lv. Xs, etc. are so hard to get, why does everyone seem to have them?
In a formal Geometry class, why do I get to wear Under Armor/Nike and that sort of stuff? (I'm not complaining BTW)
When school gets out at 2:30, why are there parents that have been waiting since 1:45?
Why does the term "Freshmen" apply to both 9th grade boys and girls instead of just boys? Shouldn't they make a name like "Freshwomen" to apply to 9th grade girls?
During road repairs on a highway, the speed limit was 35 on the highway. On an exit ramp on the section being repaired, the speed limit was 50. So you speed up on the exit ramp...?
Why is it that in some PE classes the coaches consider 15 minutes of extremely light squaredancing a workout?

Why do dudes learn "pickup lines" when they do the OPPOSITE of get a girl interested?

Example:

Dude says "You are going to get a ticket because you have FINE written all over your body."

Girl rolls eyes ... and evacuates the scene immediately...

Why is texting in school necessary for approximately 90% of the students? Every day I see someone in school with his or her phone out texting when they aren't supposed to...
Oh, and why do the last two minutes of a football game take like 30 minutes to play?

If you annoy a pig, does it become disgruntled?

Why is it called "pineapple" when there is no pine or apple?

Why do so many words mean the same thing?
e.g. I shed a tear when I saw the tear in the painting.
Can you do the can-can on a can?

Toasters are the most magical things. When you drop the bread in, it's bread, but later it's toast! Wow! 1st generation shapeshifter!

Why does e=mc^2 (don't answer this, I did it in school today...)

Why is an open hand, a hand, but a closed one a fist?

Why is a small plant a shrub, but a large one a plant?

Why do we question?

Why are we in an economic crisis?

Why do muffins taste so bad nowadays?
