Like a bunch of people have already said, the metagame changes from area to area, country to country, and their is not really a top tier deck that can beat every other deck. Though in my opinion, Flareados, LBS, PoW-Block and T2 anything are the best decks.

Dude, no. Some T2 decks are crap. Hariyama dosen't really work any more, and you can't throw any ramdom stage one in and get a useable T2.

Zap-Turn-Dos is back on the Tier list. Tier 2, nuff said. Nothing can argue that ZTD is still good to play. It was good to play in the last format and it still is to this day.

Actually, some of those Matchups are off. If ZTD Goes first against Lunasol or Cham, it has very good chances.

i would have to disagree. my ZTD hasnt lost to a BLS, Cham is a very easy matchup. the only deck i have trouble with is maninly rock lock, how often do you see that now

No Cham isn't easy, if anything it's the hardest. Cham destroys it, so quickly.

ZTD Player goes first and Recharges. You use wishing star. They lay down Zappy and an energy, and KO Jirachi or Meditite if you swooped it. You send up benched Meditite with 2 energy and evolve and add an energy and do 60. They legendary acest and attatch an energy and do 50. You Skykick again, and they do 70. GG.
