Thought I'd check if this thread was resolved after speaking with Ghetto Overlord.

PokePop, so you really were not trying to mock me?
Thanks for following up on the example. Looking at what you've highlighted, I see where you are coming from. It struck me as satirical, but I definitely now see where the advocating is

If your opponent cuts or shuffles your deck you lose track of any cards in your deck, and according to the rules you have to offer your opponent a cut.

If you follow the rules it's not that big of a deal. I don't see who people make such a big deal out of nothing.

We don't just have rules against stacking, but we have rules that make it to where if you stack, you can STILL be ruined with an opponents cut/shuffle.

You'd have to break not just one, but a couple rules to find a card in your deck like that. Don't cheat please.

Per the request of the original poster in post #1...

Look it's a very sensitive thing...no matter where you go you will probably be able to find someone doing something like this. A problem with getting rid of this rule about shuffle tracking is that players who are unable to mentally record the elements of a deck will be at a disadvantage. Players who are able to "track" their decks will be much better off. That is definitely not fair.

This is a 7 month old discussion and so is a "dead topic".
Locking.

But for the record, it has nothing to do with helping people iwth poor memories.
It is directly cheating to purposely keep track of a card during a shuffle.
