OMG what a day. 141 players in total and Dave Schwimmer giving everyone a shock by saying that it was now TOP 4 GETS A INVITE instead of the top 3.

Now, as Nick F has a invite for seniors, a invite will be pass down in the top 20 now.

Note to Ben: HA!! I was right on that ruling.

Just want to add, that Nationals 08 is the last tournament I will be judging, (unless somehow I'm changed)

Noticed that Fares lost in T4 and will Yasmin and Sami take their brother with them to worlds (assuming that they pay for Fare's flight tickets)? :)

I would guess so. Would be harsh for both his brothers to go and play and yet fares is stuck here in england.

I am sure for now that Sami S and Tom H both got invitations now.

Does anyone know "Ben S"'s nats record? Or "Faisal K"'s?

Can someone tell me who won last week STP in Leicester?

And who was the undefeateds before the top cuts in Masters at Nats?

Sami/Tom H both got invitations as the moth T4'd

I *think* Ben S went 2-3 and Freddy went 4-1 in swiss, 1-1 in the knockouts so 5-2 overall.

Nitesh won the STP

And the 5-0's were Sami/another player.
 
hmm...the only player from what I have gathered would kick Mikkel out of T20 would be Freddy.

Also, does anyone know the name of the other 5-0?

Ben S. (my brother) went 5-0 in Swiss, then lost to Tom Hall in the Top 8. He went 6-1 overall.
 
So both you and your brother going to use the invitation to worlds?

having your brother going 6-1 would secure an invitation for him... if hes not going to worlds, tell him to set himself to NOIR.
 
I will use my invite, definitely. We are waiting to see if Ben will get an invite through rankings (it isn't updated yet). If he does then he will use his.
