WEREWOLF XII: Cyrus's Revenge!! ENDGAME Planning for next WW game inside

What a bad night for the town. We lost ikrit, along with his night role. And a seer, Time for Pain. Also, we lost a pseudo-seer in homeofmew, but it was kind of a weak seer role, so that’s not that bad.

The two night kills are a big deal. Time for Pain would have been really nice to have working for the town. I’m not sure how much info we can take from his death.

As for ikrit, that is a rather substantial loss as well. I knew pretty much for sure that he was a townie. He was the only one who I had any hard evidence for. I had targeted him night 1, and in the night update, it was revealed that I had targeted a pokemon trainer. I didn’t think there was anything at all wolfy about a pokemon trainer, so I had found a guaranteed townie. I sent him this cryptic message:

My role failed, but I got to target someone, and in the write-up, that person was described. So, “person who threw an alakazam” I know who you are, and I think you’re not a wolf. I’ll be looking for a sign of recognition from you. Don’t worry, lots of people are talking about me anyway, it shouldn’t be too hard.
I think you’re smart enough to look at all the clues and tell that I’m not lying.

He responded:
@Diaz
I think that you are right in your line of reasoning. Keep talking, keep being logical, keep the town moving. I am glad for your presence here.

I took that as recognition of my message. It would have been great to work with him for more than a day. I hope that everyone can take this as further evidence that the things I’ve said so far this game are true, and we can move on from talking about me, to investigating other leads today.

The person I targeted last night, it says this about them:
Meanwhile, a woman had chosen her target for the night. Before she could react however, the same barrier that had covered her the night before covered her again. Knowing she could do nothing for the night, she decided to get another good night’s sleep, knowing she was safe. At the same time, her target suddenly turned around. He stared directly at her, as if trying to analyze something. The barrier obviously prevented this, and her target walked off in a huff.

It seems to me that the person I targeted last night is a seer who targeted me? Does that seem correct to everyone else? I’m a little less sure about this one (compared to last night). Either way, it seems that this person isn’t a wolf. So, non-crazy seer, I think I know who you are. I’d like some confirmation from you about my theories. I’d like something a little more substantial than what ikrit gave me, and some evidence about what your role is. I’m sure you have plenty to say, and telling me about yourself can be done in a way that wont raise suspicion.

As for the rest of last nights goings-on, I’ll work on that later. Lets have a good day.

Wow, we did lose some valuable players. Last day's kill didn't help as well. For a seasoned player, it's better to cool down when you argue just in case you have a good role and we don't lynch you. :F

And wow, the burns really hurt. XD Must've been from Charizard.

dmaster out.

Oh man, we sure did lose some valuable players :(, we had a rough night, today i dont think we should rush into things. we NEED to take things slower.

So about the Pokeballs.

I think that the Red and Blue's teams are based off of their manga equivalents: Red and Green.

Blue:

Pidgeot(confirmed)
Alakazam(confirmed)
Exeggutor
Ninetails
Arcanine

Red:

Charizard(confirmed)(still has)
Poliwrath
Pikachu
Gyarados
Snorlax (confirmed)
Aerodactyl

So when Blue's pokeballs fell, there was only four plus pidgeot makes five. Red however has six Pokemon. From what I can tell either Blue actually has a Blastoise as well and after they battle they lose their Pokemon, or Red doesnt have one of those siz. If I had to guess I would say that Red probably doesnt really have a Pikachu but it is instead someone's role and they get a bonus if they find each other blah blah blah.

Doesnt't Blue have a Venusaur? And it doesnt make sense that Diaz was walking around yet she would supposedly be in the barrier. How can he be in two places at once?? And we really need to think more. Ikrit and Timeforpain were some pretty heavy losses.

Wow u have a point about diaz. Maybe theres a ditto pokemon or something and it can copy its self into other people like to hide away from being found out if a seer targets them?

I think Pikamaster was right about that stupid Togipi role being back, but perhaps in the form of Pichu.

As for the last day when I was... incapacitated... I'm not entirely sure what exactly happened that night. I'm still trying to put the pieces together, but will probably need a few more days to do so. I just wish HoM hadn't been such a... lets just be nice and say bad poster. I've been playing for WAY less than her and I could see that posting like that (even more so with a valuable role) was stupid as heck.

As for Diaz, I think more and more that he's the priest. The fact that the same woman was protected 2 nights in a row pretty much proves it to me. IMO it's about time we stop worrying about Diaz, and start looking at some other players as potential wolves.

One more observation... WHY THE HECK IS SOMEONE MAKING ME HAPPY FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER? :/ I don't get the point in repeatedly targeting someone to make them happy...

I'll post some more later once I have some more time to think over this.

DP, I honestly don't think you're happy. Think about it.

The only person from the night before that had a DEFINITE visible effect that should be seen and was not directly stated was Jiggly's marker work. Methinks you're not smiling as much as have sharpie all over your face right now.

ON A MORE IMPORTANT NOTE: I notice none of you followed my request as you voted off HoM yesterday (which, given the chance, I would have...yeesh, stupid posting is stupid...). That said, my question from yesterday still stands:

Is your character a Pokemon or a Human?

As I said before, I think this will help us in determining who is who and help lead us toward who is whom (or what, as the case may end up being for some neuter Pokemon).

That's all I got for tonight. Expect a HUGE post from me tomorrow at some point. We need to start getting on track if we want a town win out of this. I sure do. And I think there are a couple of you guilty of leading us far, far away from it.

~Cardz.

Except that Jigglypuff didn't draw on anyone.

“crud….” Is all he had time to say before the Pokémon began to sing.
The man passed out, and the pink Pokémon, mad at his audience, pulled out a marker. A sudden loud noise however scared him away and he did not draw on the man’s face. The Pink Pokémon had heard another Pokémon stalking him through the shadows. Scared out of his mind, the pink singer escaped in a hurry.

My role is that of a human, although I don't see how the information will be of that much use to the town.'

I don't think that it could be a Ditto or other copying role walking around as Diaz, because supposedly he was priested. So, the obvious conclusion is that he is not the woman who was protected by the priest both nights.

Both nights a Pokemon was wandering around. Before it was Shedinja, now Pichu. So, I think that rules out the evolution theory.

I'm not sure if I'm a Pokemon. The role didn't tell me. So I'm either an unnamed Pokemon or a human.

Anyway, I think that we should look into Diaz. He has been contradicted in the night update AND he confirmed it. How could he be sleeping in the barrier while finding out someone else's role? How could he protect someone while being protected by the priest? I can't seem to answer these questions.

I'm not sure if Diaz is a wolf, I just think that there is some explaining to do.

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I still targeted someone each night and by reading the night updates I am able to gain information about the person I target. My role failed because I was priested, but that doesn't mean I didn't target someone each night anyway.

I think its pretty obvious that I'm the woman in the barrier that has been referred to the past few nights. No one else in the game would be targeted by that many roles each night.

As for the walking around at night, I don't know where absol is going with that. I dont know what that is about, and it is wierd that that happened on a night where I was priested. It did say in the night update that I didn't not go to sleep when I tried, and that there was a moment where the priest was distracted. Maybe that lead to why I was walking around.

The walking around at night thing seems to be some form of copy pokemon going around, perhaps Ditto or Mew? The night before, it said I was walking around a lot at night, which wasn't true either. Seems that it's a role that is used to try and get someone in trouble, such as Togipi was used last game.

I seem to remember a similar role from a previous game, where a person/pokemon (perhaps Ditto) copied another player and walked around during the night. I feel that this "walking around" player has a comparable role, though it is interesting that Diaz was copied from within the priest bubble...

...or Diaz was running around himself by a character role...

...or the preist didn't protect hi, you don't know (except if you are a Priest)

finally ssssomeone elssse posssted!!!! it ssssssseemssssss that there may allssssso be a ssssscyther in thisssss game. It may have been targeted during night 1, hence the no kill
