I wasn't under the impression that I was targeted by wolves. Lots of other things good and maybe bad, but not wolves.

Come to think of it. I'm not sure who was actually targeted by the wolves. The pdate was actually kind of ambiguous about that. Maybe I'm missing something.
 
ok I missed that, it said "men shot at barrier" and I thought it was at diaz but it was in another area.
 
Guys HOW DO WE KNOW DIAZ WAS THE ONE IN THE FIELD?? all of said it was someone targeting either DP or whoever bad the Alakazam. Diaz could be making this up. Just saying. I still don't understand half the update. I'll try decifiering for more clues.
 
Just posting to say that I've been busy and haven't had time to really analyze the posts, will probably do it tomorrow.
 
I've analyzed AT's post but, I still need some time for it to sink in. As with that, I have no current vote (nothing has happened to make me vote for anyone yet).

Well that's kind of annoying, my logic would have been much more sound if you had tried to protect DP, Diaz. :lol: But anyway, a few things to say right now. First, about PokeChampOfPokeBeach, whatever happened to him, this is kind of irrelevant. It in no way helps us with anything. Don't get unnecessarily exited over something insignificant like that.(at least for now it seems insignificant, unless someone wants to share something we don't know)

As far as the X in the sky, I'm not real sure what to make of that either. X-Scissor is a possibility, but I really don't see a connection. I guess we'll find out more about that as the game progresses.

Now, about the who the wolves attacked. Look again at the paragraph in the update which begins with "Even in the Ruins of Origin..."

This is the work of a third priest clearly. Diaz was trying to protect one of the people battling it out(Gary or Rival, as Lucario EX speculated), and someone protected Diaz. Hence, there had to be someone else protecting this archaeologist.

As you can see, this was Team Galactic's doing, so this was their kill for the night. Good job whoever the other priest is, you protected the right person. I'm willing to guess the person protected was someone like Cardzmaster2004, because the wolves typically go for someone like that on the first night.

For now, still not too sure about a vote. I have my suspicions, but there's no sense in voting for anyone without evidence. Will post more later, but for right now I'm still undecided.

This night was turning out to be interesting for the woman in the barrier devoid of evil after all. Things seemed to be quieting down when all of a sudden the woman in the barrier glimpsed someone sneaking in the shadows behind him. The guy walked up to the back of the barrier obviously trying the get a look at it. The barrier resonated and threw the man against a tree. His mission failed, he disappeared as mysteriously as he came. The woman in the barrier relaxed and fell to sleep, she knew he was protected and slept the night away.

I don't think this indicates any particular role, really. We should probably watch for similar occurrences, but not read too much into it yet.

The man who had been thrown against the tree however was about to have a horrible night. As he walked back to his house, someone ran up behind him and grabbed him by the throat. A rag was put over his mouth and the man passed out. When he awoke he was sitting in a room with one lamp, tied to a chair. A man approached him and asked him some questions, then left. Finally a third man arrived and beat him up to the point he passed out again. When he woke up on the ground outside of his house, he was bruised and injured, with a broken nose.

I think this might be Team Black Hole's doing. There's at least three people involved who are clearly working together, so it's some kind of group. Which would probably have to be masons, Team Galactic (Wolves), or Team Black Hole(???).

Meanwhile in other part of the town, a Pokémon snuck in the shadows sitting in wait for his target. The target passed him, sensed him immediately and used agility to disappear. The Pokémon, angry at his failure, turned around and found himself face to face with a pink balloon…with eyes…and a microphone. The pink Pokémon began to sing, and the other Pokémon passed out.

So, Hatter (see the end of the update) has a Pokemon role, was targeting another Pokemon that knows Agility, and was stopped by Jigglypuff, a Roleblocker,

About 3 miles away, a man sat in his house meditating. He was concentrating on something big, his eyes were shining with light as if he was looking as something that wasn’t there. He never even saw the man who snuck up behind him, put a knife within centimeters of his neck, then change his mind and run off.

Sounds like a Seer, IMO. Can't tell what happened to his attacker, but maybe it's another Roleblocker?

Even in the Ruins of Origins, there was something happening. A man was wearing a hardhat and excavating the site, looking for archeological clues on what the wall was and how it might show a story of the past. The man in the ruins was pulling out a fossilized Dome Fossil when he found himself enveloped and a Blue and Pink light. Fearing for his life he ducked down, looking up to see several members of Team Galactic standing outside the light…They had guns, the men shot the barrier and dodged the ricochet. Their target had been protected, their mission failed, they marched off into the night, planning their next attack.

Blue and pink... possibly Dialga and Palkia? (see first post) That, or maybe he was targeted by two priests?
Not sure who that is, either. Fossil Excavator? The Underground Man from Eterna? Roark?

Finally there were three strange occurrences that everyone saw. First 2 bright white lights flashed in separate parts of the city, and cries of evolution flooded the night. The other was a resonating humming that became so high pitched it broke windows. A giant ‘X’ appeared in the sky and then disappeared. Everyone seemed to notice Darth Pika roaming around during the night. The other thing that everyone swore they saw was a Shedninja floating in and out of houses.

Two Pokemon evolved, there's a Yanma or Yanmega role, don't know what the X could mean. Maybe DarthPika has insomnia? Or maybe he's a nocturnal Pokemon. IDK. I don't see anything to indicate that the Shedinja is necessarily one of the Pokemon that evolved.

When everyone awoke the next morning, they were glad to see no dead bodies were lying in town center. However, it did seem some things were not right and not everyone was there. ShinyGyrados was not in town that day…well not completely. He was a ghost, he told the townspeople he was safe but WOULD BE UNABLE TO VOTE DURING THE GAME DAY (or risk modkill) HE COULD STILL TALK AND GET LYNCHED. The other thing people found was PokeChampofPokeBeach unconscious, completely knocked out during the night by an unknown force. It took a bucket of water to the face and a few people slapping his face to finally wake him up. He said he could not remember anything other then an ominous wind flowing by him then suddenly he had blacked out. He was fine now however. The other thing missing was…Darth Pika’s mouth…it was gone! Darth Pika would be UNABLE TO SPEAK, POST, VOTE, OR IN ANYWAY SAY ANYTHING DURING THE GAME DAY (or risk modkill). Not only was his mouth missing but Darth Pika was extremely beaten up. He looked like he had been in a fight and lost. Another odd occurance is that Hatter had woken up with a marker mustache and glasses drawn on his face.

There's at least one Voteblocker. Has anyone noticed Absol's particular phrasing to describe what happened to PokeChamp? Clearly there's a Pokemon that knows Ominous Wind, which is most likely one of these: Natu, Xatu, Masquerain, Drifloon, Drifblim, Spiritomb, Froslass, and Rotom. In Absol's last game, disappearing mouths were caused by Missingno IIRC. Maybe that's still the case.

Okay, here's my analysis of the night update. My observations are in green.
 
As the inhabitants, agents, and ex-Galactic members sat among the townspeople, plotting their individual plans, a large quake shook the area. Something had happened at the ruins. An ancient trap had been sprung. All the Team Galactic members within the ruins died instantly as a ghostly scream echoed all the way to the town. Before anyone could react, 4 large walls of stone and earth rushed out of the ground and rose 30 feet into the air. The town and everyone in it, good and bad, were trapped. Along with the secrets that could lead to the end of the world. The trophy was up for grabs, and with no means of escape, food would eventually run low. It was going to be a bloody battle. It was a townie who found a tablet that had risen up with the walls.

Doesn't the bolded mean that they're no Team Galactic left? There should only be Team Black Hole am I right? Other then that, I'm pretty lost on who to vote off.

Excellent find, Coppy (and excellent Pokemon... Weedle [not Weezing] is amazing)! I actually didn't read that the first time around. Either I missed it (highly plausible), or it was edited in. But nonetheless, the night update proves that there still have to be Team Galactic members. They targeted the Fossil Excavator (which is what I will call him for the time being) after all. Perhaps Team Galactic came back from the dead?

In any case, nice find.

It would seem that cyrus is on our side. Is cyrus a player in this game, or just a literary devise. This note also implys that the galactic are not dead. Why would cyrus be fighting them if they were dead.

Unrelatedly, Do you think it would be possible to go back to the players who said that they were pokemon roles, and map out who they were at night? I think there might be too many pokemon roles to be able to do this successfully.

There are 37 people, I don't think that we could trace all of them, especially those who haven't even posted once.

I am a pokemon but none of the pokemon there are to do with me, but i did have a part to play.
 
I'm not sure what to think right now. Interesting about DP's mouth disappearing. Maybe we should look into people who were fighting against DP yesterday. I'm not sure about that.

I have another really random idea. What if someone can use their avatar as their Pokemon? This could be the Alakazam and Snorlax, but I don't know who has an Alakazam avatar.

This is all very interesting to note on what had happened last night.

No kills, not usually a bad thing, but interestingly enough to see that the wolves went for a target that was bound to be protected. For the current day now, there was a sheet of paper. This could be a good key, or a bad omen for the town as a whole. Perhaps maybe somebody else has insight as to what had happened last night?
 
Guys please go look at the Day 2 update again. An interesting peice of information was left out (for whatever reason it never made it in) and I added it in italicts
