The night was busy once again. Many people had their plans cut short by
Hatter’s unfortunate demise. Other’s however had many plans for the night.
One man in particular was opening a secret entrance in his house. He went down the steps and opened another closet. He took from it a full body armor suit, an EE-3 Blaster Rifle, a Jet Pack, and put them over his jumpsuit. He had a mission to accomplish during the night. He left his house and climbed a ladder to his roof. Ignited his Jet Pack and took off. He flew through the night. He looked at the wall. He knew he was unable to fly over it. His next best bet was to survive the chaos of the town. He landed on a roof top and switched to night vision.
As he scanned the ground below, he saw his target. The target was approaching a woman who was obviously too busy with her own business to notice that someone was sneaking up on her. The target was moving slowly and silently. The woman clearly did not notice the Pokémon sitting in the shadows staring at her either. The man on the rooftop watched all this. The Pokémon in the shadows however nearly screamed when a silent assassin appeared from the same shadow he sat in and put a knife around his neck. The person with the knife held it close to the Pokémon’s throat, stopped, and then disappeared within seconds. The startled Pokémon decided to make an exit as well, especially since he was still alive. The man in the armor on the rooftop also noticed that someone seemed to by spying on his target as well. A man was hiding behind a lamp pole…he obviously thought he was hidden…despite the fact it was painfully obvious he was there. The man wrote something down on a pad of paper and ran off. This left the man on the rooftop’s target unattended. It was time to make his move; he re-ignited his jet pack and took off from the roof. The target was closing in on the woman who still had noticed nothing while doing whatever it was she was doing. The man in armor landed directly behind his target and pulled his EE-3 blaster to his eye, pointing it directly at the target’s head. The target turned around slowly, immediately realized his danger, dropped whatever he was holding and held his hands in the air.
“You’re coming with me for the night” the armored man said coldly.
He raised his arm and a small rope fired from his gauntlet, encircled his prey and efficiently tied him up. The target, knowing he had no choice did not struggle at all. The man in the armor took his tied up captive to an abandoned house and locked him in a closet.
“The lock will unlock, and the ropes will untie tomorrow morning” the man instructed, “you live to see another day….for now”
The man locked in the closet could see nothing in the dark, he was bound and gagged. All he could do now was to try and sleep and hope his captor was telling the truth. He heard a whoosh as the jet pack was once again ignited and the man in the armor was gone. The armored man was now soaring in the air, scanned the ground below to see what was going on elsewhere in the town. He saw two people who were leaning against a wall, both with phones in there hands, waiting for a call it looked like they were not getting that night. He also saw a group of people moving in military fashion across the ground. They had the infamous blue and white uniforms of Team Galactic. The man in the air put himself in the hover to see where this led.
The men below were approaching another group of people who were right outside the Ruins of Origin. The men at the ruins seemed to be digging though the rubble, looking for something. A lone Pokémon stood guard past the group working. Team Galactic approached the Pokémon. The man in the lead stopped in front of the Pokémon. The man in the air recognized it as Pluto of Team Galactic. He watched the Pokémon defiantly raise a barrier, it looked like a reflect attack. Unfortunately for the Pokémon, bullets don’t care if you use reflect. The Pokémon’s lifeless body fell to the ground, the men inside the ruins hearing the gunshot, quickly escaped out the back. It was unknown if they had found what they were looking for or not. The Team Galactic agents were retreating as well, their damage done.
The man in the air shut off his night vision and prepared to move out. However in the corner of his eye, the man in the air saw a pink Pokémon approach someone, but it was too dark to see who it was. He began to hear singing and quickly activated his sonic disruptors that were located near his ears to make sure he did not fall prey to the singing. Things were getting interesting for sure. It was then that a bright light came from the bushes near by and lit the building the pink Pokémon had headed towards on fire. Deciding things were getting to heated, the man in the air decided to make his leave. He did not know if anyone had been hurt or killed in the attack below.
Before heading home, the man stopped in town center to do something at the bulletin board. The man in the air finally landed back at his house, took off his armor, and was refueling his jetpack. He heard a rustling behind him. He stopped, and set his EE-3 blaster to stun. Suddenly a yellow flash jumped out from the bushed and shot electricity at him, the man ducked, rolled to the left, and shot the yellow flash. A Pikachu sat unconscious on the ground. It had tried to use thunder wave on the man. The man picked up the mouse Pokémon who was unconsious and not hurt in the least, took it in to the bushes it had jumped out from and put it behind a fallen tree. There was no need to hurt the Pokemon who had just been following orders from it's trainer, and putting it behind the tree would protect it from potential threats during the night. The man returned to his house, finally being able to rest.
On the other side of the island, someone was projecting a barrier over their target. The target knew a barrier was around them and decided to attempt his nightly plans anyway. He tried to concentrate and his ability seemed to be working, then suddenly a sound not unlike a car backfiring echoed in the barrier and threw the man unconscious against the ground. Meanwhile elsewhere in the sky, what looked like half an “X” appeared in the sky, shuddered, shivered, and disappeared.
Alone in his house, a man concentrated on a target, a target he had attempted the night before. A flash of blue, then a flash of pink, and the man found himself once again without any success.
Everyone noticed a Charmander walking around during the night, his tail lighting the darkness.
In the morning everyone had found out that someone…or something had dragged the Pokémon’s dead body to the center of town. Everyone saw that
PokeChampofPokeBeach was dead as a doorknob, a bullet drilled into his head, his arms up as if he had been trying to defend himself.

sdrawkcab was not in town that day…well not completely. He was a ghost, he told the townspeople he was safe but
WOULD BE UNABLE TO VOTE DURING THE GAME DAY (or risk modkill) HE COULD STILL TALK AND GET LYNCHED. The other thing was that
Qwachansey had woken up with a French moustache and a monocle drawn in sharpie all over his face.
Z-man was also sporting some pretty serious burns on his face.
The town’s bulletin board was also packed with new papers. First off, the mysterious paper was once again on the board for someone to claim.
ANYONE may PM me during the GAME DAY and ask for the piece of paper. The
FIRST person I get a PM from will get the benefits....or consequences of this paper.
The other thing on the board was a piece of notebook paper. It said:
“Dear Diary,
The following are notes on the man I am observing for the night. While hiding behind my brilliant light pole hiding spot, I saw that my target is a person who has a problem with anyone telling secrets and as I watch him, he mutters to himself about secrets being kept secret and how anyone who reveals their secret must be killed...
I also saw something hung around his belt. He seems to brandish a knife wherever he goes...but for what reason? More investigation may be required.”
Certainly is seemed that a lot had happened during the night, the townspeople knew they needed to find the threats to their lives and eliminate them before it was too late.
