Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Werewolf XIII: Ascension of the Packmaster (ENDGAME: See Post 812)

You are correct. My apologies.

Still, you really have no excuses for only 12 posts. Not when the average townie that made it as far as you did had near 50. (most of good value)

Yeah, you're right. I'll try to post more often in the future. Anyhow, I'm going to bed.

since when did number of posts matter on day 2

quit arguing about stupid crap.

SHOOT: AAM
SHOOT: Jason
SHOOT: Fire Spin

this will clear a good bit of the roster out, and theres probably a good chance one of them is a wolf. if all bullets land, that is.
Well, this is certainly.... interesting. It seems we are learning more and more about Lakak's role. IMO, this seems more like a townie than a wolf role, but there is still the possibility that he's some crazy gunman.

While he could be bluffing, we've already seen that he has killed people before.

Another good point to bring up, since I'm on the topic, is: Why did the wolves not kill Lakak?

Out of all of the players, it seems like the wolves severely underestimated Lakak's power. I mean, he killed one of their own DAY 1!!!! And yet they decided it would be a much better move to kill Ikrit, who made MAYBE one post last game day /sarcasm.

It seems like the Alpha wolf has his minions on a short chain, decided that they should go after a "dangerous player" rather than someone who KILLED ONE OF THEIR OWN on the sheer power of their role...

I'll get my Night analysis post in soon, though don't expect too much, since there really weren't many hints that Cardz gave us.

244.

Well, that is slightly obvious. Lakak is going to be a higher priority for priest targeting at night time, so if they target him, they risk not getting any kill at all. Also, it is apparent that lakak has very little discretion with his role and will likely help them take down several townies with his skill. Finally, it seems likely to me that his role will have been a one time effect (one bullet or something). I could be very wrong about this, and I dont have any real proof to back it up. It seems odd to me, however, that cardz would allow a day-killing role for the town that one person controls and can use each day.

Also, there is no hard proof that lakak is town alighned. He could very possibly be an indie. It cant really be possible that hes a wolf (unless it WAS a one time only effect, then he could possibly be). IF his role can be used everyday, however, then he cant be a wolf - that would be too overpowered. This seems like a role that could easily be an indie though. Lakak shows very little discretion with his shots (and an indie would likely not care too much about who he had been killing since many indies need to be the last man standing).

Qwachansey seemed to have a similar posting style last game and was town aligned then, so I certainly wouldnt jump to any conclusions there, but more posts from qwa would be nice.

AAM

I now think the detective and priest did go after lakak (like you guys said)

why?

We all want to find out what his role can do and the priest thought it be good to keep him around. Good thing too since now he is shooting at multiple people (if they hit)

I almost want him to die just so I can see his role because it looks quite epic. Hopefully it will be later rather than sooner because it looks like he can help us weed out inactives.

"It wasn't a sorry im not posting enough, im disappointed you aren't either " post.. i was more worried about content because we are already at 10 pages, and this kinda feels like "SPAM IS NOT BACON", where everyone was posting what someone else has already said. What i wanted was for people to not post the same thing if someone else has posted it, or to quote it to show who originally posted it, rather than just writing it out again. E.g. qwachancey's post was " i'm a townie because, i didn't post much last game, and was a townie then", while thats all well and fine it doesn't help the town and it would be great if you could try and post something that other people could find to be useful.

There is very little we can tell from the night, however it would appear that lakak is probably bluffing purely because the ability to kill that many players in the day would be absurd, and if a newer player was given that role the whole town could end up dead, or they might never use it for fear of killing a townie.

So does Lakak not expect to last another night or something? Displaying the "full" power of his role so suddenly/so early seems to be really strange to me. Him surviving the night was probably due to priest protection, so does he expect to just continue to get priest protection for the rest of the game, or does he just want to get a bunch of shots off before he is targeted?

If he isn't bluffing I wonder if he is limited to a number of shots per game.

@ AAM Jason and Firespin- You should speak their peace really quick. Cause there’s a pretty good chance that they die soon. If any of you has info that could help the town, please post it quickly.
@Lucario EX, Jason, kwisdumb, Hurricane, Meesie6x6, PkB- Should we assume you just aren’t playing any more? You guys are on the chopping block.
@Whoever this pertains to (you know if it’s you) - If there’s someone I shouldn’t kill, you need to let me know who that person is. Be subtle, but don’t let me walk into a mistake.
@Lakak- Make sure you’re careful with that gun. I do hope that at least some of those bullets land though. Extra day kills by the town are good for the town.

Just a note, I'm pretty sure that both Lucario EX and Meexie6x6 are away/very busy as neither of them have responded to PMs for non-game related stuff (Note how Luc. Ex hasn't updated the fan fiction contest even though we're waiting on her...). However, I might be wrong and I would like to see both of them post soon.

well i don't know if im going to die... but if i do there isnt a lot i can say other than lakak is probably getting overzealous with that gun of his, and should think before he fires a bit more. Though i feel that what he is doing is a bluff and wants me to role reveal or something stupid, so i'll leave it at this......

Maybe it's a Three Shots/Day kind of thing? And like a 33% chance one hits, idk. We might have gotten lucky Day 1, but I guess it doesn't hurt to weed out more. This seems like a really powerful role that could be used to our advantage during the days. I wouldn't be surprised if he was priested more.

dmaster out.

He probably has a set # of rounds for the whole entire game. and he also probabyl has a set accuracy that inst taht high. I rember last game my indie kill percent was quite low and htat was a night role, I would think that a day kill percent would probably be even lower. And once he runs out of rounds he probably just becomes a standard no-role townie/indie.

CURRENT VOTE COUNT:

Qwachansey: 1

Qwachansey: Public warning; please avoid double-post eliminators or you will be replaced.

A/AM, fire spin, and Jason: No posting until I make my next post. You all have been shot at.

~Cardz.

Lakak picked up his gun and aimed at three other people in the debate circle. “Screw the king; I live by my own rules.” He adjusted his hat, cocked his gun, and pulled the trigger three times.

The first was aimed at Arcanine/Arbok Master. The gun clicked....

... And nothing came out.

The next two victims were not as lucky. fire spin fell over in a pool of his blood. The frothing idiot's last words were, “YOU FOOLS! YOU HAVE KILLED YOUR ONLY SEER!!!!” Everyone rolled their eyes and turned aside of him. No one ever really listens to the Town Madman anyway...
------------------------------

10. fire spin (fire spin): You are the Town Seer, ignored by the Guards when you decreed that the Town would be attacked by Wolves and those in charge would be killed. Now that the Wolves have integrated themselves into the town, you must use your powers to discover them.

Each night, you will PM me the name of one player still in the game. You will then learn the alignment of that player.

WIN CONDITION: Town Wins.

(NOTE: This Seer is the Madman and will receive false results on all searches.)
----------------------------

The other was Jason. The town was more upset over this shooting. The King stood up and smacked Lakak upside the head. “YOU FOOL!” he declared. “WHY WOULD YOU SHOOT THE NEWLY APPOINTED ALCHEMIST IN THE HEAD?!?!?! Now who will perform the needed metallurgy...”
------------------------------

19. Alchemist's Apprentice(Jason): As a secret-sworn Apprentice, you know the Alchemist has perfected the gold-making recipe key to the King's fortune. But you must not utter a word of it to the Town, lest you die. Also, another, bigger problem now exists in the own and you will do ANTYHING to help people survive...and get you many steps closer to a nice payday...

You are in the Alchemist's Guild along with (Ikrit), the Alchemist. You may speak with this person through PM, email, IM, etc. at any time during the game. Also, should the Alchemist ever be killed during the game, you will take over the duties of the Alchemist.

WIN CONDITION: Town wins.
--------------------------------

With the town none the wiser and now down two roles (one slightly important), they went back to their regular debate, the Wolves secretly cowering for fear of the dreaded silver bullets...

~Cardz.

Well that sucked.

Is lakak using his gun wisely? Not really.

He got lucky day 1. Unless he HAD to shoot 3 times today he killed off 2 people that could've been usefull. (1 more slightly than the other)

VOTE: LAKAK

reason: ATM he is a danger for the town unless he starts using his gun wiser (or I am wrong that and he actually had to shoot 3 times today)

Um, no. Broken computer + phone lines down = no LEX. As Pikamaster pointed out, I was unable to update my contest on time, and the Weekly News Update wasn't posted. I think that ought to be sufficient proof that I'm not just lying low. That problem should be fixed, though, so I'll be able to post now.

Yeah. This. What does the town gain from an over-eager maniac with a gun?

Lakak, if you want to help the town in any way, I suggest you start posting who you are planning to shoot. Before you shoot them. That way, we can decide whether or not you should shoot them. After all, unless you're an indie, what do you lose from this?

If you shoot without prior discussion again, I will vote for you. Ask questions first, shoot later, and I'll support your continued survival.
