Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

WEREWOLF XV: Pokemon Wars: GAME END: TOWN WINS!!!!! See Post 2547 for Final Update!

Still don't have much time, but while I had a minute, I thought I'd mention that perhaps we should construct a list if who may possibly be sith so all of our claimed "pseudo seers" could focus their efforts to find the sith at night.

Just a thought

TheKing will be lynched. We don't need to have 8 votes against him to ensure that.

@Jellyfisher: I'm not sure where I was last Night, as I do not possess a Night role. I'll be happy to claim if needed

I more or less agree with this. There are of course 3 Sith left, and probably 2 wolves, but I wouldn't be overly surprised if there were 3 left.

So we know that one of the Jedi has a topaz Lightsaber. And since it seems AT gives the special colors to one Jedi, there should only be one of that color.

So it would seem that a person can appear in two rooms in one night. Unless someone else is running around with a topaz Lightsaber. But I don't think that's very likely since I didn't notice one last night update.

I see your point. I would agree that it seems to show that people can be in more than one room during the night. This will play in to how we judge people.

However, my second point still stands. I was hit with 10000V and was burned, falling off of the wreckage that I was sitting on. If any of the Sith had been burned earlier on in the night, that undoubtedly would have affected their actions, or at least been mentioned.

I will also point to the way Absol talks about me in the update. I was sitting, tuned out to the world, just sitting and thinking. I wasn't portrayed as readying myself, heading to a meeting point, waiting for a signal, or even moving at all. I was just sitting and thinking. I feel that that is a great clue to the fact that I am not aligned with any of the antagonistic groups (Sith or Wolves).

New list.

Townies:
Dragonclyne725 (Detective claim)
King Piplup (Detective claim)
jellyfisher (Detective)

Neutral:
Sandslash7 (leans town)
Redados1 (leans town)
Gallade (leans town, Jedi?)
Napoleon (leans town, Cynthia)
Jpulice (leans town due to detective claim)
Arcanine/Arbok Master (Han/Mechanic, leans town)
Thunderjolt (Deoxys)
PokeChampofPokeBeach (Wobbufett, Indie?)
Cardzmaster2004
JewelQuest (Jolteon)
Scottistru (claims to have investigated Ikrit)
Gaelen1227 (No read at this point)
Pokemonfreak5 (claimed suspicious before)

Suspicious:
TheKing (Giovanni, a Sith)

I've decided to put myself into the neutral since we've got evidence that someone can be in more than one room during the night. I still feel like the update paints me as a completely non-threatening character, and as someone who did not participate in anything that night.

So, we've got 3 Sith left and 2 Imperials remaining. At this point I've got Cardz, Gaelen, Pokemonfreak, JewelQuest, Scottistru, and Thunderjolt without any leanings.

4/6? Unless I'm wrong about a lean, which would open it up a little more. (with TheKing being the remaining Sith)

Redados ~ You are acting pretty strange right now.

*Again, bolding only for reading purposes.

SS7, looking at your list and my list, I can't help get the feeling that something is wrong with them. I think that a few (or more likely only one) of the people on the list that we are assuming to be either townie or indy are wolf/sith. So I think we should go over some of the people on the probable townie part of the list. And also some of the apparent Indys.

DragonClyne, if its not giving to much away, I would like you to tell me the initials of your character. For example, Pikamaster was Pokémon Hunter J. So if I had asked him this question, I would have wanted him to respond with PHJ. If I don't get the answer I expect, then I think I will have to consider voting you.

And SS7, if you keep reading the update that I quoted to prove a person can be in two rooms in the same night, you will see that the same person was targeted by the Jolteon.

Our struggles are all in vain...

SandSlash7 sounded ridiculously suspicious that last post.

I feel as if SS7 is arguing with himself here. If I were defending myself and were sure of my innocence I would say something like "The update shows that I am not actively doing anything." Sandslash7says the update didn't "portray" him as having a night role. To me it seems he is almost trying to convince himself that the night update helps to prove his innocence.

Also use of the word "feel" shows a general air of uncertainty. SandSlash7 "feels" that this is a great clue towards proving his innocence. If I were certain that the night update were proving my innocence I would be more adamant about my convictions. I would say "The last night update helps to prove my innocence". This is more direct (I am saying it as if it is a solid fact that the night updates absolutely helps my case) than what SS7 is doing. He is uncertain as to whether or not this update actually helps his case, so he isn't presenting it as a fact but rather as a personal belief.

The final word I want to criticize along the same lines as "feel" and "portrayed" is "paints". The update "paints" me as a [non threat]. The use of "paints" tells us that maybe he isn't a non-threat! If he truly were a non-threat then the update would "show" him to be a non-threat. The phrasing of this sentence is wishy-washy and lacks conviction. It seems to me that SS7 is lying.

SS7 is presuming two things in his post

1. He is innocent.
2. The night update definitely helps prove his innocence.

If these two statements are both true, then SS7 wouldn't be so uncertain of himself in this post. He would use words like "definitely" "shows" and "proves". Also, I am really unsure why SS7 is going out of his way to defend himself. With no votes against him and only whispers of suspicion towards him, he sure is jumpy.

Now in no way am I saying we shouldn't lynch TheKing. TheKing absolutely needs to get lynched today. In future game days I would like to see SS7 investigated.

I have one initial, "L". That shouldn't give away my identity completely.

@ Redados1: What is wrong with waiting until after you post?

Are you sure that you only have one initial? I was expecting you to have something like "SF". Or at least something similar to that.

SS7, I'm not going to type up another list since I don't think its necessary, but if I did, I would put you as neutral. I do not think you can use that update to prove anything about your alignment. In fact, since you have been so adamant in saying the update does prove you to be townie, or at least harmless to the town, I would say that you are leaning towards the suspicion group.

Redados, are you sure that Scottistru is townie?

And to anyone else that puts up a list, put Dragonclyne and King Piplup as leaning towards town. I have already said that I think there is a possibility that there is a mistake in the lists, so I don't want anyone to be overlooked. I think that there is a possibility I was mistaken about those two.

Dragonclyne and King Piplup, I need both of you to tell me the gender of your character.

Hmm. I haven't been modkilled quite yet. Yes. I didn't tell you guys my whole role of course, I get to seer a person of my choice in each room. So yes, Scott is a townie. Any more questions before the wrath of AT comes down on me?

Redados1 stood defiant. After claiming he was not allowed to say anything further regarding his investigations and his night actions, he had simply stood up and spoken, loud enough for all to here. The entire hanger aboard the Imperial Glory became silent. No one spoke, some expecting something to happen, others pondering this new development. It didn’t take long for the first group to get what they were expecting.

The lights in the hanger began to shut off. One after another, in rows, the hanger began to slip into darkness. When the last group of lights had completely turned off, a lone spotlight sparked to life. Underneath this single bright spot in the hanger stood the silhouette of a man. He began to walk forward, briskly, but smoothly. As he advanced, another light turned on, and another, each one lighting his path. As he approached the group of Rebels, they could make out his features more clearly. It was man, of average size. He wore a black cloak and hood which obscured his face. He walked towards Redados1 who had begun to back up in terror. The man continued to advance, speeding up his pace as he did. Sweat began to trickle down Redados1’s face. The man stopped. The lights turned off, and just as abruptly, every light in the hanger turned back on. As the Rebels rubbed their eyes of the sudden bright light, they were made aware that the man in the black cloak was standing behind Redados1, holding him by his arms. The man in the black cloak pushed Redados1 to the ground and held him restrained. The man lifted his left arm and flexed his hand. A black blade slid out from a hidden sheathe beneath his wrist. The black cloaked man positioned the blade behind Redados1’s neck and spoke.

“This one has broken the seal. This one has spilled a truth of lies and spun lies from truth. Those secrets that are to remain secret shall never be seen. For that is the natural order of things. When spilled the secret first was, a chance I gave you to never speak again lest you meet your destiny at my hand. You speak again, and expect your fellows to believe you. They should have never trusted you, for you are un-trustable with even the most basic of secrets, those that were your own, nay those that were others have no business being your own!”

Everyone stood by in shock and surprise. The cloaked man plunged the blade into the back of Redados1’s neck, ending his life. The deed done, the man rolled over Redados1's body and closed his eyelids with his fingers, he stood over the fallen man and spoke again, “Niente è vero, tutto è permesso. Requiescat in pace.”

As if suddenly tuned into the world again, the man in the black cloak looked back at his audience who was still paralyzed in shock.
“Be warned, those who’s lips are loose. Those who spill the secrets of the truth, and those who spill the secrets of the lies. All will be punished, so say the balance.”

The hanger blinked into darkness. When the lights turned back on not a moment later, the man in the black cloak was gone, leaving only the dead body of Redados1 behind.

Redados1 - Yoda
(Force Sensitive)

You are Yoda the wisest and most powerful Jedi who ever existed. Forced into exile by the Empire, you’ve decided that instead of waiting around to die, you’re going to go out with a bang, fighting the Empire and the Sith. You snuck aboard the Imperial Glory and have allied yourself with the Rebel Alliance also fighting the Empire. You are old though, and your strength comes from wisdom and your connection to The Force, not your Lightsaber combat.

I'll put this here as a bump, as well as saying that I am still playing, I am just in the middle of finals, so that kinda screws over my pokeman schedule :/

Just a post to clarify some confusion among people via several PMs I have received. As a mod, this is fair information that deserves to be public. I was trying to convey this in the update, but I did a bad job apparently.

Redados1 was not modkilled.

The first week on the Imperial Glory had been survived by sixteen people. The fight was beginning to enter its final stages. Who would win? In the barracks, amongst the empty racks and debris from the battle against Emperor Palpatine, an Imperial Officer viewed the destruction with distaste. His beautiful ship, the crown jewel of the fleet, the Imperial Glory was being destroyed from both the outside and the inside, and she did not have long to live. With the Emperor and Darth Pikachu dead, the Empire would fall into chaos. Civil war as high ranking officers fought each other for control. Removing the Rebel and Jedi threat would go a long way towards securing that position for himself. The Imperial Officer pondered this train of thought for a moment before shaking his head, clearing his thoughts and getting back to business. The outcome of these events would have to be worried about after they happened, for now; he had a job to do. While certainly not the last Imperial alive, tonight’s job required only a single man. The Imperial Officer looked at the Sigma Lance Industries pulse rifle in front of him. Whilst the Emperor and Darth Pikachu had a joy for extravagant and showy executions, the Imperial Officer preferred quiet efficiency to spotlighted murders. He detached the long muzzled, collapsed the stock, and slid the weapon’s parts into his backpack. Making sure he was not being watched and double checking the charge of his pistol, holstered to his hip, the Imperial began making his leave of the barracks.

On his way to the other side of the Barracks, the Imperial noticed a man sitting on a bed, deep in mediation, completely unaware of the Imperial’s presence. There was however another man in the immediate area. However his attention seemed focused on the meditating man, and thus his gaze diverted. The Imperial snuck past them both without issue. On his right, he caught sight of man leaning against the wall, a rifle in his hand. He too seemed distracted with other things for the moment and ignored the Imperial as he crossed. Not that the Officer looked like an Imperial at the moment, so much as just a scavenger, or civilian. The Imperial heard footsteps and darted behind a pile of mattresses tossed on the ground from the previous fight with Palpatine. He waited in silence as someone in bulky armor walked by. Once the footsteps faded in the opposite direction, he got up and continued his advance. As he neared the exit, a man in s brown robe rushed by him, ignoring him completely. He was chasing after something white and green that was running away. The brown robe caught up to whatever it was chasing, but the Imperial could not see what it was. A few moments later the brown robed man made his leave, but whatever he had been talking too had disappeared as well. The Imperial Officer left the barracks. As he did, something occurred to him. The barracks had sustained a massive amount of damage during the fight with Palpatine. With the current integrity of the ship already failing, the man made a mental note to keep an eye out on the barracks.

The next area the Imperial Officer entered was the hanger, which was completely empty except for the Lambda Imperial Shuttle, which was currently the only functional way off the doomed vessel. There was also a man, waiting; it appeared for someone or something that never came. A second person was also present, this one working on some machinery. The two were unaware of each other. The Imperial made his presence in the hanger a brief one and quickly departed. He entered the laboratory, his objective.

The first thing the Imperial Officer noticed was that someone had shut the blast doors on the left of the Laboratory, odd. The next thing he noticed was a man making his way past the tables and bookshelves. The man was unaware that he was being followed. The yellow creature behind him let loose a bolt of electricity that hurtled the man into a nearby book case, knocking it over. On the other side of the room, another creature wandered about, this one being followed by a man in a black cloak. The creature however, spun around, and then darted into the shadows, out of sight. This was all well and good, but the Imperial Officer’s target was nowhere to be seen. The Imperial began to get frustrated as he looked around. It took him a few moments, but he noticed a shadow, hiding up in the rafter. The Imperial crouched behind a toppled table, and quickly assembled his sniper rifle. He scoped in on the silhouette in the rafters and smiled as he confirmed his target. He wasted no time and pulled the trigger. The silenced shot was only a “poof” to anyone close enough to hear it, and the light transparent laser that shot out was all but unnoticeable. The man in the rafters never even had a chance to look. The shot made a direct hit, and the man toppled down to the ground, dead before he even landed. The Imperial was gone by then.

When the inhabitants of the Imperial Glory gathered the next morning, they were shocked to see Jellyfisher was missing. Upon further investigation, his body turned up in the laboratory, half of his head missing. Jellyfisher had been killed.

Jellyfisher - Seeker
(Force Sensitive)

You are the Seeker, part of an ancient and secret organization that works to keep the balance of the galaxy using the Force. You aren’t a Jedi, but you aren’t evil either. It is your job to seek out targets using your Force abilities. The Seekers noted that a great shift in power was on its way, so they sent you to infiltrate the rebels and make sure you were aboard the Imperial Glory when the fighting started. You are to eliminate the Sith at all costs. You are a detective. You serve to seek balance between good and evil. You want to learn who your enemies are and act before they do. Anything you can do to aid the town in victory is desired.

Role: Seek
Once during the night, you may choose any area of the ship. You will then view a list containing every Non-“Force Sensitive” who is currently in that area. Because you use the Force to find your targets, other Force Sensitives can jam your senses. For this reason, Force Sensitives have only a 35% chance of showing up on your list. Either way, you will be informed on who is and isn’t a “Force Sensitive” on your list. You will then be allowed to choose anyone from that list of people to investigate. You will learn something about that person.

If another player views a list of players in the same area you are in, you will appear as “Shadow”

Win Condition: Town Wins

Jellyfisher’s death was worrisome. Every dead Rebel was a victory for the Empire who still clearly roamed the ship. TheKing was burned all over his body. Despite all of this, the night had been fairly calm compared to past nights on the Imperial Glory. Those that had survived the night were ready to keep on fighting. The CommLink was also spotted in the Hanger. Anyone my PM me for it. First come first serve. Whoever even gets it, will receive the benfits or consequences of it.
