I'd like Scott, Castaway, Copycat and Steven's Advice back. They'd lower our reliance on Claydol and would make Porygon2 a lot more useable.

More serious answer: FRLG Pidgeot would certainly shake things up a little, but it'd also be a bit disconcerting since Machamp could run it to bolster its consistency and run more tech... I'd be really interested to see it back though, since it benefits slower decks much moreso than inherently fast ones.

Steven's Advice - yeah obvious
Copycat - same
Holon's Electrode - really nice special energy
Space Center - to have a counter against Dialga G Lv.X
Surprise! Time Machine - a tricky card in some decks
Fluffy Berry - great card, but needs to be nerfed since there aren't any Pokémon-ex to restrict it
Protective Orb - same, Bubble Coat isn't that great

What they should create:

- a tool that prevents any effects of opponent's powers (Flash Bite, Fainting Spell, Dark Palm etc.) done to the Pokémon it's attached to
- more cards that give you a boost if your opponent is in prize advantage

i would like them to revamp neo sets b/c A: they're my favorite sets and B: they can have some really nice combos with some of todays cards. that and i would like to bring magcargo deck back from the grave...

by revamp i dont just mean bring it back but remake them so that they can fit todays standards like more hp or something rather except the baby pokemon from that set b/c they get the baby rule which is awesome(heck yeah pichu!!!)

I'd like Scoop Up.

That and BTS makes any stage 2 deck insane.

Scoop Up is limited, cause you only get to keep the basic. All other cards attached, including evolution get discarded.

Great for basic decks, but others suffer from having to get the evolutions from the discard pile.

lol, edited my post.

Steven's Advice would give us the reliable Supporter card we so desperately need, and Pow!Hand Extension would help decks do comebacks.

One card sticks out to me as one that I would love to have back: Stantler UF. Seriously, that could be absolutely killer in this format filled with SP's and their Trainers. We could have Super Stantler back!:thumb:

A team rocket strikes again set. Ex Rocket Was the best EX series set IMO and we might just get it again now the HGSS will be released yay!

really, i would like LM-DF to be reprinted, because there were SOOO MANY fun cards in those sets! guess if i had 2 pick one, it would be Double rainbow. cause upper just doesn't do the job

I'd like to see either Mr. Fuji or Mr. Briney's Compassion reprinted. They opened up some pretty spectacular combos in their day. Granted, nobody used them but me, but hey, they were out there.

Blissey + energy link + briney's = whee!

I'd like to see Gust of Wind back. That would add a little more uncertainty in using techs that just support from the bench, or Pokemon that are retreated with high hit points on them. You could never be sure if they might just be popped into the active position. It would add another strategy to getting at those cards (in addition to sniping the Bench). I know there is Warp Point, but there, the defender gets to choose which Pokemon to bring up while with Gust of Wind, the attacker chooses.

It might also help against big attack Pokemon that get all powered up and have super high hit points. Once they get into the active position, it is often game over. A Gust of Wind might give you a chance to recover.

Of course, it would still have a counter in the Switch card

While I can live without ever seeing that card again, Double Gust wouldn't be such a bad substitute. That or POW! Hand Extension, just something that isn't as powerful as GOW was.

Cess crystal and windstorm. I would love to see the look on the face of my opponent playing a g deck when I attack a cess crystal to my blissey and run all over them. But to be fair, if you bring back Cess you have to bring back Windstorm.

Oh man, good call. NG Slowking and NG Sneasel should be reprinted, too, with higher HP and maybe a little more damage. Sneasel should do 30x instead of 20x to take on all these high HP brutes better.

Windstorm because there is no hard counter to tools, especially unown G. The proliferation of tools does not make the pokemon that have tool destroying attacks more playable. And Unown G is the ultimate tool that prevents many decks from even attempting to employ a strategy. Unown G is the most unfun card in the game.
