Where should US Nats be?

honestly though, as good as indy may be, i still think it would do better in chicago. what does indy have that chicago doesnt? Chicago has reliable transportation, great attractions(Lincoln park zoo is free, shed aquarium, field museum, Navy Pier etc...), all kinds of delicious foods, lake michigan/the beach. Heck, you can even get a hotel/motel in the south suburbs and still make it in time for the main event everyday.

I mean im from chicago, so it may look like im biased, but indy isnt really that far for me to begin with, so its not like travel was the issue.

Indy dose not have the crowds and crazy highways of Chicago. Yes it dose have a lot do of things to do but it is way to crowed. Indy
 
Indy I thought was a great location: nice and somewhat centralized, large play area, and quite a few things to look around at while down there.

As for the other suggestions I've seen, Chicago isn't a bad town...but it rains. A lot. Even in the summer. And those highways...I considered myself lucky to be alive after being driven through all that.

For Dallas...eh, I personally don't like Dallas (even if it's close driving-wise for me), but besides being way south, it's a fairly central location for the U.S. as well. Plus I know Dallas has quite the large Pokemon base.
 
I think Dallas would be a great location for US Nats! The convention center that was used for the VGC in Arlington was huge, but there are also other venue options all over the Dallas/Ft Worth area.

I wouldn't be upset if it was in Indianapolis again though. I had a blast!

US Nats in Dallas would be my dream come true.

Too bad it'll never happen :nonono:.
 
Guys, there's a REALLY high possibility that it'll be in Indy. On our way out we talked to one of the big time Pokemon people, and they said that they are highly considering Indy.

But, Atlanta is also nice...:frown:

I mean it's in driving distance of me I guess, but...Atlanta?
