You have to remember they are supplied by an outside vendor. They may not re supply the stores until after the release date.

Also, I'm pretty certain that POP couldn't care less about when these are released to stores. Their focus is OP, or Organized Play, meaning the Leagues and Tournaments that we so love to attend. These decks are managed by PCI, probably the sales and marketing division.
