Depends upon the deck and the scenario; both have different strengths and Weaknesses.

Based upon pliskin's comments on Darkrai Hydreigon, I believe that Togekiss + whatever will become BDIF.
Resistance to Mewtwo + DCE (or charge) tactics is my guess on its major advantage. There's also Max Potion spam, energy flexibility, built in cheap draw, and superior HP.
Gothitelle kinda forces decks to be built around it. Togekiss can splash itself into any deck that already runs Rare Candy.

Ask again after Worlds; recent successes have now shown up, but they have to keep it up since we are a point when a lot of competitive players are skipping events are at least not using their World's decks. I am happy to be wrong, of course, if it turns out that way.
I do expect to see this deck everywhere this Saturday at battle roads. Especially since one of our top players and good friend got first using it last week. Word spreads, I agree.
But I honestly can't see how you stop this unless they just draw poorly early on.

What do you guys think of Togekiss/Lugia EX? Just saw Pooka play it on Bad Deck Monday and even though it looks like a bad deck, I think it does have potential. Just needs a solid build...maybe
