Never buy from him, I bought an Uxie X for 55.00 from him that he SAID was real, and it turned out to be WC. Just giving out a warning.

WC cards aren't tournament legal, but they "are"REAL.

If it's his responsibility to send things in good condition and within a timely manner, then it's your responsibility to pay...And know what you're buying. Lol.

You can get your money back if you will put in the effort to do it.

Contact Amazon, they're notorious for their excellent customer service. If this person promised an LA Uxie X and you received a WC one, that's deception.

I'd recommend you post the link and/or direct quotes. Amazon has no obligation to help you if it is just what you posted. It is a real card. It may not be worth $50 to you... but that's what you spent... and you got a real Uxie LV X. If it was advertised as not being a WC card (such as real picture and what not), then you may be able to do something, but it is probably not worthwhile. I'd recommend you check to make sure that the person you are buying from has many reviews and is selling other things. This will usually weed out the bad sales. He has a semi-decent track record... but I don't usually trust anyone with a 97% or less. XPoke appears to put the expensive cards as "collectables" instead of "buy nows". Odd... IDK... If it is too good to be true, it probably is. This is just more satisfaction for me in my choice of buying from stores only.

On a side note, perhaps he didn't know? He appears to have a money back return policy... try with that. If that doesn't work... I'm sorry... tough luck for you D:. The only thing that I can say is that the picture doesn't match up to the WC picture. WC cards are from their original set with their original card number. You could make an argument on the fact that he said it was Ultra Rare, but WC cards do have the rare stars on them. Sorry ;P

ononononononononon

He said it was a LEGALLY playable card.

A couple of points:

1) You can charge back/cancel it on your credit card. This is America, after all.

2) You can buy Uxie Lv X in these forums and others like it for less than $55.

You have the WRONG seller, or you are not giving the full story.

It is true we did sell a WC Uxie by accident to someone for $45 including shipping, BUT we believe you forgot to mention we apologized profusely as we meant to list it as a collectible, and offered you a full refund if you just returned the card.

People are allowed to make mistakes once in a while, and we were willing to fix it for you IF this was you.

If anyone doesn't believe us, PM, and we'll show email proof. People are absolutely unbelievable, what more can we do?

You can track him down and kill him if you put the energy in to do so.

What a surprise, here's another. Pretty low selling a WC card for so much; I guarantee most of the buyers of the card will be misinformed.

The OP was made before you apologized xpoke. It is true, you did make a mistake, and maybe you didn't mean for it to happen, but why would you charge 45$ for s WC card?

It IS dodgy to charge that.

This just shows that even experienced players can be fooled sometimes. So what chance do random parents have?

Did you get carried away with the thought of getting an Uxie X for $10-20 less than it's worth?

Considering the card comes in a $20 deck, why would you sell it for any more than that. Also, advice to xpoke, anything can be categorized as "collectible". Be a bit more specific. The card is named a "WC Uxie X". I could sell my watch as "collectible", but that wouldn't mean anything to some people. Also, I see that the images of some of your "collectible" cards are the real cards. Don't do that... ever. That is just cruel. Show an actual picture of your card unless it is exactly the same as your picture you found online.

ONCE AGAIN PEOPLE!!! If any deal is too good to be true... it probably is.

BUT we believe YOU forgot to mention that, oh, i guess it's not such a big deal that you can't even play the card.

My answers are just telling you guys happened on our end. Just a different perspective.

It just seems a little uncalled for to start attacking us publicly without first contacting us.

Your first contact attempt was made (all US central time):

Shouldn't we get a chance to fix the problem before we get bashed for a mistake, it seems 50 minute response time is reasonable?

The post may have been made first, but it wasn't noticed till afterwards (the day we replied to it). We happened to be googled our name because we are seeing how we are indexed on google and stumbled upon this. To add to this, we didn't get an email until after this post was made, so it would be pretty impossible for us to know there is a problem before hand.

Also it was meant to be listed as a collectible, not as a real card. The description stated what it was and when it is a collectible, you can't purchase item from buy box, so you have to read what the item is. We have sold many bent cards like this, so people at least know what they are getting, it is a hope not to cheat anyone.

Full refund was offered, and honestly it was received from an old collection, so cards were all sorted and good cards were just added to soft sleeve + hard toploader and sold.

See answer above on reason for pricing. We don't buy WC decks because they aren't tournament legal, but we do buy people's old lots so we can resell them, so WC cards will occasionally be a part of it.

BUT we believe YOU forgot to mention that, oh, i guess it's not such a big deal that you can't even play the card.

It wasn't NOT mentioned. It was mentioned in the description, but it was accidently listed as "new" instead of "collectible" so it got put into the Buy Box, where description is not read more often than not, that is reason we offered full refund and apologized.

Honestly not trying to be shady, so feel free to ask anything else or accuse us, it is all understandable, but there are always two sides to any story.

We agree 100% people will be fooled, which is why we meant to put it as a collectible.

This is what the description stated:
WC (WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP) Card!! Mint Condition, will come in toploader + bubble envelope

Since it was purchased from a Buy Box, the description wasn't show, so a refund was offered.
