I wish it were faster. You'll need to get a lot of Energy really fast in order to get Gatr to work. You can't use the attack very effectively, because it hits little for a lot of Energy. You'll also need to run Roseanne's to pump this guy up. Lux X runs through him also, unfortunately. 5/10.

It's not as terrible as I thought it would be at first glance. 110 for four Psychic? Not bad. Sure, you might need to rely on Togekiss GE or something, or Leafeon LV.X to help boost your Energy attachment, but I can see this in a Rogue deck for sure. Unown G renders its first attack useless, but...
