is Full art Reshiram/Zekrom really rare or somewhat common? Out of the two people at my pre-release I got 2 Full Art Zekrom and one regular art Zekrom and the other person at the PR got one full art Reshiram and Zoroark.

Mexico pre-release none had any code (well out of the 16 packs total of me and the only other person there), maybe the first printings didn't have the code and it was added at the last second.

Doubt it would ever happen but I have always wanted something like a non-legal set that included cards that over the years were never printed in English for collectors. They could have a different card back like the Worlds decks to explicitly avoid confusion that it is legal.

Its all speculation, we really don't know how they'll do it besides the mentioned QR Codes which apparently only applies to decks, however in that same article they mention how "its the best of both worlds" because you are not going to be buying digital cards, so theres hope for this to be free...
