Yes, probably some privacy regulation issues, though most of them should not apply to profs, since they are over 13. I remember that WOTC list was publicly available, that´s why I am not sure I understand the current restriction

I have looked at the OP docs., and it is not clear whether in Argentina modified is R&S On or HL On. I assume that we are in the same situation as Brazil and Spain, so R&S On is fine, though I would like to confirm my assumption, thanks

Having gotten a Wailord Ex, it came to my mind the idea of a Stall Deck, since decking is in almost all TCGs a viable strategy. Then, while Moltres Fossil was flying over my head and Base Set Kazam tried to confuse me :) I realized that Modified did not allow any viable Stall/Decking strategy...
