    This is a good card, but its home is not as a Beartic counter. Zoroark is the answer to Beartic. This two hits Beartic if you get even a favorable 2/3 flip, or if you use the second attack. Scizor does that job much better.

    I can't think of anything "Trainer cards in play" would apply to besides Tools. If Evolite becomes popular, this could be used to combat it. There aren't any relevant Tools or Stadiums right now that would require a counter, though.

    I played this deck for a while. Didn't do a whole lot better than even with it. The Rescue energies aren't so good in this deck. Certainly not for Tyranitar, but they serve at least some purpose if you put them on the Vileplume. But you can't spare many energy attaches with this deck. Also...

    Using Mesprit Effectivly?

    I think it's become much more usable with Seeker. It did very well when I used it as a tech against Gyarados.
