Cradily from Megalo Cannon (brainstorm thread)

Juniper/ultra ball/computer search and then the ability would probably be more consistant for fossils and then you dont have to use your supporter to put them back. Also I feel the deck would work better as a toolbox, with 1 copy of each stage 2, maybe 2 of some. And would have to be able to...

    Modified Legal Energy?

Also for future reference all basic energy are legal in modified. (so long as they are local language, i.e. you can't use japanese energy in the USA)

A DEX Tier List!? Yes indeed.

Old amber does have use if you need a different stadium out for some reason

A DEX Tier List!? Yes indeed.

Though evolving basics have the merit of evolving, that is their saving grace. A basic pokemon also takes up half as much deck space than slowbro, and seriously, slowbro is just a terrible card. Terrible.

A DEX Tier List!? Yes indeed.

I have to agree with this point, this list really should have a 'tier #11; slowbro'

Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 rumours - new Pokémon

I don't know if he is excluded, Gary did after all wear moonboots...

    Ban Mewtwo EX?

Tetrakion won a states without mewtwo. Also by this logic, Collector needs to be banned, as does communication and junk arm, level balls, dual balls, N, juniper, PONT.... you get the point

Allowing 10% Foreign Cards once again

Nah, just at national level, there is in fact 27 states that have English as an official language. 4 of these 27 also have another language or languages as official. :)

    Rotation Question

There would be a total of 8 cards, and 11 that have or reference pokepowers or bodies... meaning both of which seem like fairly useless and underused mechanics that would cause problems for newer players potentially, IF they keep them in (I'm not saying either way what they'll do because I can...

Is it true HG/SS will be out of format?

Agreeing with you, but have to make one clarification point, you mean Victory CUP right? Victory Medal does something completely unique

    Intentionally Creating Prize Penalties

These are presumptuous and as such pointless. You keep saying 'the cheater', if you can prove they are cheating, they get a Disqualification from the tournament... NOT a prize penalty. The suggestions here are to replace prize penalties (and thus be allocated when someone ACCIDENTALLY breaks...

    Stacking Cards

Waterfall shuffling does not actually change the order of the cards though... so is not a randomisation technique

Allowing 10% Foreign Cards once again

Hmmm that shouldn't be the case. Regardless of if they are supplied or not, you should be allowed to play with Spanish and Portuguese cards too if you have them.

    Garchomp + Drifblim?

Yes, but out of those 2, one will ALWAYS be active, meaning if it has a special energy on it, it will be able to be crash hammered. And that isn't the reason rayquaza is OP, it's OP because of its attack, features adding to that are its HP and and retreat, but they arent the main reason. But...

    Garchomp + Drifblim?

I don't understand your defense of Blend sorry, in the fact that the Blend that produces Fire energy does NOT produce lightning, meaning you CANNOT use it for the attack damage. And as such acts in the same way as a basic fire.

Allowing 10% Foreign Cards once again

Sorry, but this is just wrong. Especially if you're studying for the professor exam, from the tournament rules document; Canada Local—English and French Europe Local—English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese Mexico Local—English and Spanish, South America...

    Garchomp + Drifblim?

It does, but rayquaza will be active usually

Does Espeon (DE)'s ability stop effects from Hydreigon?

If it turns out that it prevents ALL effects of attacks, then yes, it would also apply to self inflicted (I believe) if the english version specifies that if prevents effects of opponents attacks then no :)
