If this news is in any way true, then I'd say it's a very happy thing for me and a very sad thing for everyone else. Oh if only my old pkmn mates were around to hear this, they would be screaming "Unfair!".
See, I happen to, pardon the pun, rock at RSP. As for coins, well, there was a reason why my TO unofficially banned coins a few years back.
Um, I was using sneasel btw
Anyway, regarding coins and dices falling off the table, I'd say its a very common occurence for both, not just for coins. I've seen enough dices rolling off the tables to know that the problem isn't just for coins.
However, it IS true that coins are generally not as unbiased as dices. You don't even have to rig either device. For those who don't know, it is actually very easy to use a coin to get up to 75% heads (see paragraph two if you're lost), while it is damn hard to do the same for a dice, although personally I can now manage a 60% percentage.
Overall, this isn't the best rulings PUI can pass, considering that the thing with dices has more to do woth the history of Japan and gambling.
PS: On japan, gambling and dices. In the olden days, "gambling" means sitting at a table facing the "dealer". He drops two dices into a bowl and, while shaking, drops it onto the table and shakes some more. The players then call the outcome of the total; either "even" or "odd". Coincidentally, this is also how we decide our heads or tails, or in some cases, whether we win or lose.
PSS: Also, I believe there is a ruling somewhere about how we are not allowed to use coins from the days of WoTC. Can anyone confirm this for me? Cuz if its true, then it's sad, cuz WoTC's coins are, uh, rather rigged for heads. Although sadly I can't say the same for Nintendo's coins.
