I don't have the the actual card for reference, but everything I have disclosed thus far has turned out to be 100% accurate.

JokerBoi: no, unfortunately.

Well that's somewhat disappointing. =/

It's not the worst charizard card I've seen, but look at charizard d. 4 energies for 120 damage. This one does almost 1/3 as much damage and only causes burn?! I think 70 damage may have been sufficient, but certainly not 50

i hope taht those flygon ex, claydol ex and salamance ex are FAKES....pls tell me that they are fakes pls...

I was hoping that as well, but everything he said has been true. I actually didn't mind the Sally, and I didn't really think Claydol would be good, but Flygon isn't like I was hoping.

The trainers are all reprints with the only needed card being Stevens (BF and Scott cane be gotten in Emerald, another legal set). The energy are just reprints of other legal energy. Most of the pokemon are horrible, and almost unplayable (aka emerald) with just a few (less than 10) being playable. Most of the ex's are pretty lousy and really don't have much potential (other than 2, Skarmory and Salamence).

Make the set 15 cards and I wouldn't miss a single card.

1 - Blaziken
2 - Delcatty
3 - Gardevior
4 - Machamp
5 - Slaking
6 - Lanturn
7 - Magneton
8 - Ninetails
9 - Omastar
10 - Wobbuffet
11 - Phoebe's Stadium
12 - Steven's Advice
13 - Salamence ex
14 - Skarmory ex

The big draw of this set is the reprints, of which many of us should already have plenty.

*hugs his delcatty RSH RH playset*

Prime-I think Scott and Battle Frontier are here for after rotation (I though it's that's looking into the future a bit, but who cares?). Also, all the non-Ex Pokemon you said are reprints...
Anyway, what's wrong with Matagross Ex? Or Armaldo? Even Zangoose? IMO, they aren't that bad, some might even be playable(!).

Jigglypuff666, exactly. And it's quite sad that the only good cards in the set are reprints. =\

What about metagross ex or shiftry ex? Both those cards are very good. And what about armaldo, aggron, raichu, sablye, etc. There are some pretty good cards in the set, but I wouldn't say that the set is as bad as emerald (most definitely not), but I would say that it didn't turn out quite as good as I had expected.

Didn't someone say the bad sets always have the holo energy?

I agree, there isn't a lot of new "prerelease speculation" good cards, but some do stick out.

good observation. I still think HP has a few very good cards, unlike the other sets which only have a few ok or good cards.

I myself personally dislike matrix energy. I love the EM ones design, but I think that the 1 in 3 or so that matrix energy comes in, should be replacing a common card, not a reverse holo, by making it 1 in 3 your making the cards that ppl want harder to get in RH.

The following cards are hard to get since they made the set with Matrix Energies

Rare Candy - EM, HP
Holon Adv. - HP
Holon's Casty
Battle Frontier - EM, PK
Scott - EM, PK
Stevens - PK

It really does drive the price for RHs up, which is bad cuz it also makes the rarer,

Here lets take a look -

Lets say that there is 100 RH in a set (I know there is only 91 in PK but bear with me)

I open a set with no energy (or unown's) just the RH's

I should get a full set in 3 boxes plus have 8 rh left over if it works out well

Now, lets take the set that has 12 per box for matrix energy

I will open 4 boxes and I still wont have 100 rhs, I will only have 98, which means in the time it takes me to get 100 rhs in a non energy set, it takes me more than 1 box more to get it from a energy set,
I personally hate it. It makse me very frustrated.
JMO Tho,
Drew

Oh man, this set is kinda lame :/ There are a few good reprints... oh, how I wish I hadn't traded my R/S Blaziken ;_; Oh well, still got the Gardys. :D

Other than that, Phoebe's Stadium... oh and why the BLEEPING BLEEP wasn't one of Phoebe's Pokemon made into an EX? Way better than some of the horrid EXs in this set. That Flygon does not DESERVE to call itself an EX, k?
