Next Rotation:
Crobat G: GONE
Gengar SF: GONE
Leaving only Gengar Prime to mostly worry about and even then you should be able to get rid of it easily.

We all speculate that. I think it'll be PT-on. None of us, save for the TPCi people here, know for fact the rotation.

Well we all know that MD, LA, and SF are definitely going to go. Based on the previous rotation, Platinum will probably be gone too.

4 Mime Jr.
2-2 Slowking
4 Jirachi
4 Chatot G
2 Pichu
2 Cleffa

4 Bebe's Search
2 Pokemon Collector
4 Judge
4 Marley's Request
4 Vs. Seeker
4 Lucky Egg
3 Lost World
3 Lost Remover
4 Seeker
4 Switch
4 Warp Point

I seriously doubt you've actually tested this list. 0 twins. 2 collector vs 4 bebe's?, no initiative?

Then I'm going to be happy since I'll still be able to use my Fossil deck and people will still be able to use things like Gyarados. Though they're probably going to have the rotation so people get to build new decks.

It doesn't matter what the rotation is, the deck you posted is terrible you have no recovery cards like twins no poketurns to reuse your chatots either

Haven't gotten around to testing it yet, though I do see your point. Though you can be less snide and crude, okay?

Poketurn honestly is not really needed. Once you get a Slowking out, then you have a continuous form of a Chatot G plus they can simply go back into the deck with their attack. Twins will replace 2 Bebe's, the other two being replaced by another 2 Collector's. And you can be less snide/crude too. Not once have I seen you post anything positive.

ummm anyways.

Mime Jr. is only effective if your opponent gets locked first.

After testing, I am sad to say that Mime JR, at this time, is NOT capable of lost zoning six pokemon - in fact, it struggles to lost zone four before it gets run over.

This is not to say Mime JR. is useless.

He is still great in lock decks - taking a step further than sableye for the reason of not just delaying set up - but crippling it by placing vital cards ( strategically arranged by chatot g) into the lost zone.

After playing against Gyarados and locking it up for up to 7 turns through heavy investment in resources such as poketurn and SSU and seeker for chatot drops - i quickly learned that Mime Jr. does NOT need the overhyped Lost World, but needs to have a partner to take out pokemon steadily in 1-2 hits as your opponent is frozen in lock. Lost zoning, and not prizing to win, really REALLY messes you up if you have valuable things prized that azelf cannot pick out.

Also, in a tournament environment, this deck will take tons of time, and will always lose b/c of time limits if it does not try to grab prizes instead of just lost zoning. Their is a finesse to this - and i am currently trying to find it.

At this time, I am testing Mime JR for his ability to synergize with other pokemon that can quickly attack while the disruption / cripple lock is up at the beginning. So far, two promising candidates so far have been zangoose PL and Mightyena PL for quick, relatively energy / resource free attacking your opponent's frozen field.

Any ideas for good teammates with Mime Jr?

Hm, I'd say for Mime Jr., maybe something like Mismagius from Undaunted(the one with Sleepy Spell and Poltergeist) or maybe the Platinum Banette. Both have decent attacks for little energy and should be quick enough to pull out while your opponent is locked.

Do you really expect to be able to get 6 pokemon in the lost zone before your opponent koes your 30 hp basics?

The concept of a Jr. Lost deck is essentially this: Since your baby will be asleep after attacking, it should hopefully take your opponent 9 turns to knock out 6 babies. Meanwhile, if Junior can send 6 of the opponent's Pokemon to the Lost Zone in fewer than 9 turns, you could win. If Palkia G.X is on your bench, you could theoretically do it in 4 turns.

I took a Mime Jr. deck to League yesterday, and it won 2 of 3 games. The game it lost was against a LostGar, but it was very close (I put 5 of his in the Lost Zone, he put 6 of mine). I wanted my deck to be able to defend against LostGar, so I included a few Fossils. The deck still feels too slow, and will need more tweaking (Spiritomb dosen't really work well, so I'm taking it out).

Hahahahahahahahahaha GREAT ARTICLE my friend. But I do have one comment.

I really don't think this deck could win worlds. With 30HP and relying on the coin to save you, it's just too risky. Not to mention the Dialga SP LvX. You're also relying on the fact that no one would hurt a sweet innocent little Mime Jr, an assumption which ( while funny), is highly unlikely.

It would be great for casual play though :)

I feel like, although this card could be fun to use its not necessarily a top tier deck. As people before me have mentioned, you rely on coin flips to win, but I have a different issue. Suppose you dont start with cyrus' initiative in your hand? That one turn can make a huge difference and if you even let your opponent get an energy odds are they'll be able to one shot your mime jr. the rest of the game. (cyrus for gain, electric energy, filler supporter and luxray is doing 30 damage with no way to stop it). Not to mention you lose against sableye, in sablock it can attack and KO you in gyrados it can use collector to pull 3 cards it needs, and your matchup against lostgar is bad as well. Lostgar has 2 attacks people! Cursed droplets KO's you and puts you in the lost zone....And vilegar beats you with gengar SF. Seems like a fun idea but not necessarily a viable one.

Snide and Crude? I was just going for snide... jk. I didn't intend for it to come across that way. We're all friends on the pokegym! :)

Actually, the con flips are not even an essential element in this deck to win.

the goal is:

1. lock your opponent up at the beginning by putting their resources at the bottom of the deck with initiative and jirachi/sableye - 3-4 copies of each are necessary to do this consistently.

2. proceed to control what they draw with either chatot g or slowking HG/SS. If you see something that you NEVER want them to have - place it at the very top of their 3-4 cards in deck and call in mime jr. to lost zone it for good.

3. Either attempt to win by lost zoning 6 pokemon and dropping lost world (especially if you run palkia G and X) or try to quickly set up and snipe/donk your opponent out with supporting cards (like sableye, mighyena, turtwig GL, or Zangoose PL and win by prizes or benching.

Mime Jr. is only used to help permanently cripple your opponent's resources - not necessarily to try to win with lost world. Imagine, sending their Luxray GL LV X or Garchomp C LV X to the lost zone by manipulating their top 3 to 4 cards. Or even a uxie, or a powerful resource like Pokemon Collector or Oak's New Theory.

Right now I am just trying to find the right balance to cause consistent disruption / crippling while being able to play quick offense that can take care of cleaning things up quick - a daunting task, but one that i think can be done with a lot of testing.
