Hey guys, a bit of an update before I head to class... we have another image of a D/P pkmn we have already seen before along with a new D/P pkmn which we have not. Their names are Nyaruma (cat) and Mimiroru (which is considered to be a rabbit type pkmn) both are normal types....if you want to check it out click here! See ya...

HUGE UPDATE! ALL the new Pokemon will be revealed probably in the next 24 hours, Serebii.net already has people with copies reporting to it and has pictures of new Pokemon including the starters middle evolution!

HUGE SPOILERS PEOPLE

They are also updating semi-live with new discoveries etc. like all the HM's available (different ones this time around) and all the gym leaders info.
 
So far...we have seen the evolved forms of Naetoru (grass starter), Hizozaru (fire starter), and Pochama (water starter). They also have a fuzzy image of the evolved form of Nyaruma (which is the new cat on D/P, mentioned yesterday) and it looks kinda nasty looking as well as huge. We also seem to have pre-evolved forms of Lapras and Chimecho ....im sorry is it me or does it just suck to have all these pre evolved forms for every pkmn we have. We all these pre-evolutions, can't you start with chimecho and evolve from there. Oh well...:frown: :frown:
There also seems to be details on the gym leaders and their types, not every impressive..check it out.

LET THE RANTING BEGIN.

First up, HMs. Two words.
"Fog Clear."

You've GOT to be kidding me.
"Oh, hey, clearing darkness with flash is getting old. Let's just make a new HM that does the EXACT same thing, but change the name!"

Can't wait to see what THAT does in battle...-_-. And Rock Climb. What's that going to do in battle, let you get on top of your opponent's Pokemon's head as long as it's taller than you?

Gym Leaders...

#3 Didn't see that coming...
#4 Um...wow. Flying? That guy's mask screams ICE, not Flying!

#7 And once again...unexpected. They didn't show us the clothes before...>_<
#8 FINALLY, I got one right, even though it was the most obvious one there was.

I was 1 for 7 (gym leader 1 doesnt count, we already knew about him)...WOOT.


And now for the fun part...Pokemon.

Hayashigame - I liked Aobasu better =( This thing doesn't look like Naetoru...
Dotaitos - HAHA IT'S A TURTLE WITH A TREE ON HIS BACK. AND MOUNTAINS. Can't say the type combo surprises me.
Moukazaru - Was the crappily drawn headband really necessary?
Goukazaru - XD...This thing looks nothing like Hikozaru...I actually must say, the Hikozaru line is a LOT like the Torchic like - Cute basic, crappy looking stage 1, semi-cool looking stage 2.
Pottaishi - Harhar...awkward.
Enpeturo - I see no beak on its face...it has a TIE...it has beetle wings...and it's steel type. I find that oddly AWESOME for some reason. I know who I'm picking as my starter. =/
Korotokku - It evolved from a martian into THIS? It's like Scyther+Ledian+Martian+Crack.
Bunyatto - Dude, all I need to say is its NAME. I don't even need to comment on what it looks like. Pokemon is failing at ideas.
Karanakushi - You've GOT to be kidding me. Did Lapras really need a pre-evo, let alone a PINK one?
Cherinbo - Awww =)
Riishan - I do not think this is a Chimecho pre-evo. I see no resem...oh, wait. Is it's body a BELL? Way to ruin an otherwise good looking Pokemon.

Ranting over...FOR NOW.
 
isnt #116 its position in the PokeDex and not the number of new Pokemon or whatever? I'm pretty sure its the PokeDex number and since the PokeDex includes other Pokémon from the past three generations, 114 seems the most likely amount of new Pokemon.
 
News keeps coming...serebii has uploaded more picks...im not liking the final evolutions to the starters that much :frown: The penguin evolution line looks nice, but I was kinda expecting more from the fire evolution, even though the stage 1 and basic forms look nice.

Pokebeach: Lots of evolutions, Porygon2 evolves, Togetic, Gligar, Rhydon, Tangela, Lickitung, Magneton, Magmar, Murkrow, Yanma, and Nosepass evolve as well. Odd thing is that Manaphy can breed, which is kind of a first if we consider Manaphy to be like Mew or Jirachi (which in there case cannot breed).

Also interested but odd to is that Eevee has a ICE and GRASS evolution as well. Kinda weird, but I guess those days when people thought Eevee would evolution into a grass type weren't so farfetch'd after all...lol. Lots more...keep checking for more info

Also forgot to mention that the intro to diamond has been posted, I saw this earlier on poke safari but now i have the link to where it is located....here.

there are WAY too many evos/pre-evos, I liked having basics...oh well....


so it seems the future of the TCG is lots and lots of evolutions
 
There are way too many evos/pre-evos. But I like the Eevee Ice and Grass evos though.

Maybe you need a head. It's a Pokemon with arms and an obvious body that cannot be seen.
 
lol the nosepass evolution looks like mr potatohead.

and number 459 + 460 look like they could be split evolutions from seedot.
