St. Louis MO Regionals Nov 12 and 13 in Crestwood MO

Does Troll & Toad usually have a limit of how many bulk commons/uncommons they buy? I've got a little over 20,000 cards (about $800 at their rate), but I'm curious if they usually buy such large purchases on trips like this.

I think last year someone sold over 2,000$ of cards to them. Granted it took FOREVER and held up a huge list of people looking for just completing small transactions, but they'll still complete the business as long as you're providing it.

Haha that was me (not that much actually) but it didn't take forever because of me. There were 3 or so people behind me and they too had boxes of bulk and singles to sell. So get there early and get in line early and you won't have to wait as long.

Btw, I won't be selling to them this year :thumb:

We are mere HOURS from launch....

We have 32 seats available for our "Theme Deck Challenge" which will go as follows:

$30 entry fee

Each entrant gets both (2) Theme Decks from Noble Victories (yes the new set, and no not extreme victory), and gets 25 minutes to build a 40 card deck utilizing only the cards from their deck.

They then get to play 2/3 matches (40 minutes) 4 prizes for 1 round. At the end of round 2 they get a booster which they can add to their deck (still a max of 40 cards). AT the end of round 4 they get a 2nd booster to add to their deck (now a max of 50 cards, minimum of 40 cards) still playing 4 prizes, and energy will be available for the expansion. After round 4 there is a 20 minute timeframe before going to round 5 (final round). Final standings based on swiss. Every player gets a pack of Noble Victories at the end of round 5.

Prizes (assuming we have a full 32 players) will be:

18 packs of Noble Victories for 1st
8 packs of Noble Victories for 2nd
4 packs of Noble Victories for 3rd and 4th

This is going to be the "elite event" for the side events...more Yeti Prizes will be added.

It's gonna be sweet. I was up there earlier playing some pick up games with people. I will be late tomorrow (showing up between 12 and 1). It's awesome meeting new people. I'll be wearing a black St Louis Cardinals hat. Just come up and say hi.

Does anyone know what time they will be opening up tomorrow? I know the registration time is online and all, but I would like to have some time to sell to Troll and Toad in the morning and to check out Yeti too.

I'll be wearing either an Aaron Rodgers jersey or a Charizard hat, or some combination of both tomorrow.

Hey all! I'm in the back with the computers. I'll try and post some updates as I get them. This will probably be similar to the US Nationals updates from GLBlaine. I don't know decks, only players and records. Mebbe we'll get some Feature Matches posted here as well. Kinda be playing it by ear. Have fun!
