    PokePower-PokeBody?

So would Magby and Iggly turn off a Poke Body?
  2. Q

    PokePower-PokeBody?

I am a little confused, Mt Moon says Stop all PokePowers with less than 70 HP..OK that doesn't affect PokeBodys right? But Magbys sputter says all Pokemon Powers are turned off, which I understand does affect PokeBodys, and Igglybuff PokePower allows you to turn off the PokePower of 1 of your...

    2 x 2

I have noticed that in the recents sets, there seems to be more Pokemon that have attacks that can be used un 2 on 2 play. I have two questions. 1) Is this the direction Nintendo is focused on leading Pokemon toward? 2) If your answer is yes, do you believe that is good, bad or indifferent?
  4. Q

    Simple DRE question

Evolve and discard DRE. Anytime DRE is attached to a Basic (your evolved Pokemon get de-evolved)) or EX Pokemon, the DRE has to be discarded.

    I'm Vexed by Vex

If you play with cyclone energy, its too easy for your opponent to put VEX on the bench and play his trainers as normal. There by making VEX just another Pokemon in the great universe. :)

    Blastoise EX

A very simple combo. Blastoise EX on the bench...place the energy anywhere you want, then use Tropeus (not sure of the spelling) fruition attack with a multi energy and remove 4 damage counters from any of your Pokemon that you transfer the energy to. Quick lay down of energy and quick heal!

    Stalling, A clear definition?!?!?!?

This discussion is starting to run in circles. Lets face it, there is always going to be a time limit put on matches, it's the only way to run an organized event and keep it flowing properly. The only thing that makes sense then is to put a time limit on each players turn, you can not expect...
  8. Q

    Stalling, A clear definition?!?!?!?

Implement a time clock to limit how long a turn can last. Simple and direct. Takes care of all the problems! And by the way if you forget to punch the time clock at the end od yor turn, you just allow your opponent more time to stall!
  9. Q

    Stalling, A clear definition?!?!?!?

So..........one last comment about stalling. It has to be recognized as a legitimate strategy to be used in match play, you can not penalize a player for using stalling as thier strategy, but you can control the amount of stalling done. End of discussion.
  10. Q

    Stalling, A clear definition?!?!?!?

Understand that "stalling" comes from the time restriction that is put on a match. Although I understand the resaons why time limits are put on matches, I disagree with the concept. Pokemon is a great fun game.! But at its heart its a competition. And like all competiotions, it is designed to...

Most Lethal attack by a Pokemon

I guess it all boils down in how you ineterpret "lethal" there are many Pokemon that can deal out large amounts of damage, but to me lethal is a quicks set up Pokemon (basic) that for 1 energy can quickly alter the game. Maybe the wor I should have used was most disruptive. Oh by the way I do...

    Return of Aerodactyl

Being an EX it would get around Mt Moon with the HP, and even if somebody used a Rare Candy or Jirachi, if you played with ATM on another of your evolved Pokemon, your opponent would be back in the same situation of not beeing able to evolve thier stage 1 and 2 Pokemon..therefore it would...
