No matter when you EV train, you'll still get the same stat bonus when you reach level 50/100/whatever. It may take longer to see the difference at first, but the stat increase continues every level. The TM problem is very simple. When the name of a card is too long, some of it is cut off and replaced with = signs. I've fixed this by simply changing "Technical Machine" to "TM"...I'll let you know when the patch is updated for download. I hate all these little errors...
