The funny thing is the deck I played didn't play worth a terd @ home after the shaq tourney in testing with Dan against the big 10 archetypes. And I thought I found my worlds deck. Guess I got lucky @ the shaq. Now back to the rogue drawing board. Maybe I'll play my LAMO list next tourney.
 
I have heard that their is going to be new league format starting in September 19th, so anyone know if we get Flygon and 8th badge on 14th of August? Just wondering...

Yesterday's shack was just like any other, except that I won from 8th seed with Magma =/ And to think I basically gave up on the tourney...

Congrats Ron...I was 1st seed and lost I went 4-1 and you went 2-2-1 and Won the tourney...That just proves that 1st seed doesn't always win...And now you have 34 posts and have been her for a year LOL...Post more Ron. Do CaC. Or random posts like me and Brian do.

I entered the results last night from Saturday's tournament. Congratulations to Ron! :)

There is no tournament on Saturday August 21 due to Worlds. I will be hosting a tournament on Saturday August 28. I do know that most people are going to La Grange that weekend.

First off, I'd like to congratulate everyone who represented team shack @ Worlds. I heard that we had some people play into day 2. Awesome! ( I bet you guys got a bunch of promotional stuff, especially all of those different worlds-stamped promos...I so want one of those!)

Anyways, whos going to what prerelease(s) this weekend?: ( I gotta go where the most people are to do a lot of possible trading)

La Grange, Cromwell, Garden City, Etc.
 
Yeah, I was really wishing I didn't have to turn down that trip after I heard what happened. It was all about the surprise factor and consistency. I still didn't think it had that kind of power though.

The list they play are slightly different than the lists that I have seen in Michigan. Super fast with reversals, strength charm, and magma nrg playing large roles. Slightly less pokes. I am sure you would have faired well.

Well Ron if you had gone to Worlds our whole GenCon experence would of been different. I'm not saying you shouldn't have gone if you could but I think you had fun also at GenCon with me, Brian, Vince, Pam. If I'm wrong correct me. XD
 
also to all not going to LaGrange, i am trying to get some pretty good prize support for this weekend ;)
even if you go 0-5 or 0-6, expect to get at least 6 or 7 cards
if we don't get too many people tho, i'll be doing it next weekend....
 
I'll try and make it out their, ( Rochester Hills) because, I can't make it down to La Grange due to several different reasons. If I can I will be out their but I'm not sure. BTW, SomethingElse, what are these cards you speak of?

Oh, I had no idea LOL. I wont be attending Garden City tomorrow, so Good luck to everyone going. I should be at the shack within the next 2-3 weeks however, or possibly after the format change cause EXP-ON is getting pretty old...
