    'Kay Good Luck.. (Kyogre/Groudon Legend)

Very interesting deck, has me intrigued, will have to try it out sometime. Really though, I have to ask, is 4 Twins truly neccesary? it seems liek you will take at least a couple prizes with spread damage. Also, how is your matchup with Lostgar variants, it seems that they just won't take...

    New England Regionals (MA) Metagame

T4 in CT was Luxraym Gyarados, sablock and eitehr the other lux or one of teh other gyarados, don't remember, and the T8 I think was 2 luxray, 3 gyarados, abomasnow w/ kingdra, lostgar, and a sablelock so it definitely didn't take all 4 lol. Though it did win.

    New England Regionals (MA) Metagame

At CT it was a lot of Luxchonp and dialga Variants, Gyarados and some odd rogues (abomasnow what? lol and jumpluff shenanigans, i played against a Usaring deck and a Dustox/Beatifly deck), 3 people played Gengar variants so those nifty techs people put in were just wasted space lol.

T8 CT States w/ Lost World.

Hey guys, so after much deliberation and excruciating decisions, I went with a slightly teched version of Gengar Lost World deck. My matches: Round 1: Vs. Usaring, Donphan, Machamp. He got teh worst hand ever and could not draw out of energy, he Bebe's to get Usaring, and I curse dropped it...

How to deal with players that tries to cheat.

The more I think on this, threatening the game loss is the way to go. IMHO -If the Azelf player gives, then they are likely not cheating, not knowing whats in hand, they still have a decent shot at winning their second turn or at least it being a game. better that than a loss to a jerk, not...

    LostGar

I agree that teh Mr. Mine is unnecessary, I woiuld also take out teh Gengar level X for teh SF one, or teh AR curse one, I have found in playtesting, the level X is worthless unless you are running a trainerlock version of lostgar, in which case you can use it for teh Dialga G matchup. And the...

Why does Gengar break every format he's printed in?

Oh heck yea, quoted, nice! too bad they didn't do the same thing that was done to that to luxchomp. oh well. On topic: I love gengar, and am enjoying it being a good deck right now. I'm sure it won't be much longer till he's not any good.

    Admission for Events

Local, store run tourneys: yes, charge for prize support. Kind of have to since it is independently run from TCPi. TCPi, PiP, cities, states, etc etc etc: no way, it woudl be a stupid idea and they would probably lose a heck of a lot of business. Besides, free tourneys are teh only reason...

Have you cried/made someone cry after losing a Pokemon battle in a tournament?

Never personaly cried, my son made a little girl cry by beating her at our first tourney ever, he sat there with a bewildered look on his face, was priceless, but I told him not to worry about it, sometimes it happens, only thing you can do is move on.

    Call of legends

Hate to say it, but this set makes me sad, wow.

    Full disclosure format?

I hate to be like this but tehy give us free prize support for pretty much any tournament thats sanctioned, free tournaments, send us free cards, and they are cheap? This is an arguement for another time, but wow. On topic, I think it's not such a great idea to show peopel your lists, some...

    Megabliss

I say Blissey prime, you're going to not have much energy anyway (I assume) so pitching them for a full heal is a golden trade I think. Plus Blissey is easier to get out, not having to be active and all.

    Arceus for masters, Cities.

I run Unown Q in mine, saved me on many many occasions. No Lucario GL either, despite the fact that Gengar and Machamp are tier decks, you can hit plenty hard enough against gengar, and Machamp is pretty much autoloss. Gyarados is a tough matchup even with Lucario GL. In my testing I have...

    Dusknoir

Nidoqueen and Giratina are what my brother uses, he does well with it. He let a friend borrow it for Cities Last week and his friend got 3rd with it, losing to SP, in his defense the first game he was donked I think, and second all his Dusknoirs were prized.

Known Black Friday Deals for Pokemon

It's not $4.99 AND $12.49, it's $4.99 THROUGH $12.49. So half off a $19.99 tin is $9.99 (with half a cent left over) and that easily falls within the range.

    Machamp prime and donphan prime

I don't think it woudl be terrible, but teh machamp would only really be a back up, maybe a 212 or 222 line so i don't think it will do so good, not bad as such, but not really that helpfull, not like the SF Machamp with donphan... donkphan... annoying.

Scizor/Cherrim - The Deck That Just Doesn't Die!

I agree with most about teh matchups, but I do know taht if this deck gets cracking early even Luxray has a hard time dealing with 110 dmg a turn, lol. I run Pokemon Rescues in mine and also Sableye SF for the set up, if you go first and drop a scizor with an energy then you're golden for set up.
