My opponent plays a Bebe's Search and goes through the deck and fails the search. Is my opponent allowed to play a Luxury Ball right after that? Because when they failed Bebe's Search, it meant there are no Pokemon in the deck.

If I evolve my Wynaut into a Wobbuffet, does Darkest Impulse put 2 damage counters on Wobbuffet?

1. Jynx's Power says, "...prevent all effects of opponent's attacks, except damage..." Does that mean Medicham ex's Pure Power attack can't place damage counters on Jynx? 2. If my opponent has a Medicham ex active, can I evolve my Smoochum at all?
