I just LOVE the new Raichu. With the MT Pika, this Pichu, MT Raichu, and this Raichu X, you have unlimited energy. Maybe also Bronzong to get more Energy and you do an 80 snipe every turn! Or you can use Magmortar X with Heatran to do a 100 snipe every turn. Wow!
