I kinda knew that my deck wouldn't do much in this format. The original version relied too much on Scramble Energy and Steven's Advice to get anything done without them.

This should be a good top cut. Assuming nobody switches decks (why mess with a good thing?), I'm most worried about Charizard Boy's deck - that's a bad matchup for me. =/
 
WOW, I am seriously pleasantly surprised that my deck came second. POTION AND FULL HEAL FTW! Although I'm curious to how many times Sceptile actually hit the field.

And GJ Cyrus on making that Snipe deck work. Din't expect Honch to be played at all.

Stratergy is pretty simple, just load energy on Groudon and hit for 100 damage. Trainers help keep groudon avaliable and not be benched, restore gets energy back. Life Herb helps keep Groudon alive.

I wasn't there to watch the match. However, it looks like you would end-up with either an empty hand or useless cards pretty quickly.

You have absolutly no draw or hand refresh. Think Volkners, Lookers, Chatot etc.

To be honest, I was just sharing the wealth. Most of that came from Avmozz - he's the real hero here, and he really didn't know what use I was going to make of it. However this event is a really great contest, with a fantastic premise, so it was worth supporting well. Further events of this kind unfortunately may not be so well supported, but still a worthwhile contest. If you can get in on the action in the future, by all means do so - even if it's just for bragging rights!
 
All I really have to worry about is Waynegg's little octillery deck, and even then it's as much of a lucksack as mine is lol. Must use switch...
And also, I'm suprised that there weren't any machamp GL decks. I think that could've done some good here.
I just wish I could fit in Chatot...then I'd win for sure.
