Battle Road Spring 2008 - Oregon Locations

Well, I thought I had a pretty clever plan to organize their first Modified tournament on June 10th, then
take them to the battle road comp on June 15th! @_@ lol. They will be new to the format, and new to
serious competition. :) But it will be an eye opening experiance for certain.

Anyway, we'll be taking over TRU on Sunday, so no worries. Team Rocket'll leave with quite a lot of Darkrai. :thumb: Guardian Games is in double trouble come saturday! :lol:

ADVANCE WARNING!!

I apparently have a job at the Woodburn WalMart, but it requires me to work 2pm-11pm, and I doubt I'll be able to get weekends off. So, this weekend may be the last time y'all get to see The Marv.

Edit: This also means that I'll be staying in Oregon until December.

G&G won all age divisions. Lame.

But Likclicky made top cut in Seniors! Props to the awesomely cool kid who played the best red face paint deck at the tournament (Moth Balls will be Arch soon =( ) Fun tournament, but lame that 3rd-4th get no prizes :/

It's hilarious how the one tournament I do good in is the one with scholarship moniez. lol

Anyways I told Marvin I would go ahead and do this so here it is, "Marvin's Wonderful Lunch Report!" this is when we take a moment to reflect on the often overlooked lunch break as seen through the eyes of the one and only Marvin.

Well round 2 ended and I had planned to drive along to toys r us with people going to get darkrai but instead decided to walk over to quiznos and get a wrap. As I was walking back to the tourney area I saw Josh and Trevor leaning on my car *its a mustang, do you have a mustang? I think not* and they said they wanted me to take them to lunch. Well I only spent like 2 dollars so far so I quickly ate as Trevor showed my car a "good time" then we headed off at random looking for anything deep fried for Josh to eat. About 5 minutes later we ended up at the local mall and decided good food would be had. Josh was having a great time walking through the Eugene mall in his Oregon State Beavers shirt and sweatshirt, in the land of ducks. Once we made it to the food court I decided to go to the Arbys and Josh went to panda express, Trevor claimed he had no money and had eaten some kind of protein bar, what a loser. Anyways after I got my food, a delicious combo of more sandwich and some deep fried cheese sticks I went over and found Josh and Trevor waiting, talking about how great it would be if josh went over to the Oregon Ducks store and asked them if they had any beaver gear. Though we dared him and offered him honor for his trouble he refused so we went back to the car. On the way back I put in some awesome music, I cant remember which song it was but it goes something like "DUN DUN DUN DUUUN DUUUUUUN DEE DUN RAWR" it was pretty epic. After we got back we sat down outside and ate in the sun followed by some amazing 9 man rock paper scissors. Then it was time for round three and so once again lunch break had to end /sigh, well I cant wait for the next one.
