Blissey, the big Pokémon that has 130HP, is not immortal, it’s just another card, that is good, but not invincible. First lets look at the possible variants of Blissey.

Title: The best tech vs. Blissey
Date: October 15, 2007
Latest set released: MT
Current Format: HP-ON
Blissey/Lucario
Blissey/Delcatty
Blissey/Electivire
Blissey/Machamp
Blissey/Raichu
Blissey/Exeggutor
Blissey/Empoleon
T2 Blissey
There are even more than does, but their not that good, Blissey being a colorless Pokémon, makes it fit in any deck, of course it will work better in certain combinations. The best builds of Blissey, play Cessation Crystal or/and Battle Frontier.
Blissey is fast, it’s a big T2 Pokémon that will rock you easily. But decks like Mario have great advantage over Blissey, because if Mario gets the start, they can get 50 damage on Chansey that would most likely get Mario, T2 KO. Blissey’s weakness already got a solution with Holon FF, but anti-Blissey decks play ER2, also Crystal Beach helps vs. Blissey.
The Top cards vs. Blissey
If you know of any that are not listed, please post it, if it’s good I will add it.
Crystal Beach: Blissey’s attack is not the best, cause it requires 8 energies to do 100 damage. With Boost energy counting as 3, Crystal Beach indeed will help. Some Blissey deck play stadiums like: Battle Frontier, Holon Legacy, Speed Stadium, Drake's Stadium. So they could easily brake your stadium. Playing will help vs. most of the current meta game, Infercatty, Hurricane, Queendom, Rick-Tune, Mario, Elecitivire, Empoleon, what deck does not play DRE/Scramble/Boost? Playing this might limit your energy resource also. But certain Lucario decks can fit this card in.
Lake Boundary + Any Fighting Pokémon:
Any Pokémon that can OHKO Blissey will have some advantage, of course Blissey usually is T2 deck, so fast setup is needed. Our options ( I only list the ones that can OHKO, with the stadium):
Lucario Lv X
Groudon Ex CG
Kindra Ex DF
Medicham DP
Armaldo d HP (You cant play any supporters, so this is not good)
Heres the list of Pokémon that can KO it, if Blissey has already 10 damage, or with one Plus Power or Strength Charm:
Machamp DP ( If heads it's OHKO)
Machamp PK ( If heads it's OHKO)
Meganium d DF
Whiscash HP
Armaldo PK
Rhydon DP
Claydol Ex
Blastoise d CG
Dugtrio CG
Lucario Lv X + Lake Boundary: Blissey is good for it’s 130HP, Blissey stores a lot of energy, if you can OHKO it you will win in most cases. Not only that you can OHKO 2 Blissey's in a row, because of Lucario's Poke-Power, Stance. If your deck can afford TSD (NM can also work) you will have even more advantage, you can repeat the process, if you play Lucario Lv X, then you will also have Riolu has your starter sometimes, if you start and get heads, then you might win the game!!! I say this because Blissey deck dint play many basic Pokémon ( Excluding Blissey/Electivire that plays many Basic Pokémon, but they all have weakness to the Lucario line). But never count on it, I mean never make a deck that will win, only if your rival does not have more basic Pokémon.
Medicham DP: Does not stay back from Lucario Lv X, Medicham can archive a OHKO at the cost of 2 damage counters, it combines well with it's first attack, not only that the best benefit is that you can use DRE and still get the OHKO, thanks to that you can still have some speed to keep up with Blissey. One good Medicham deck could easily beat some os the Blissey built, example: Solo Blssey, Blissey/Electivire and Blissey/Delcatty of course the whole meta game is not BLISSEY but most of it is. So you will need some backup plan.
Some of the Blissey deck play Holon FF, in that case you will need to play ER2.
Any Pokémon with colorless resistance:
Blissey's damage, is limited by the quantity on energy it has, having resistance will make it need more energy, even do Blissey can play Holon FF, you can counter it with ER2. Most of the Pokémon that are Resistance to colorless, are psychic Pokémon, this means it will also help tremendously vs. Lucario, here the list:
Drifblim line DP
Dusknoir line DP
Gengar line DP
Mismagius line DP
Sableye HP
Sableye CG
Sableye PK
Out of that list, we get...
The best TECH vs. Blissey
As a TECH it can fit in every single deck.
Yup, Sableye is the best tech vs. Blissey, it’s not just good against it, it’s good with it!
Sableye, is not to KO Blissey, it's great simply to stall the game and give you the time you need to setup, why is it good? Because of it's attack, Disable, as you can see Blissey only has one attack and a huge retreat cost of CCC, so they will have to sacrifice 3 energies to attack and even if they do retreat and send up another Blissey, you have resistance, so they Will need to hit 90 damage, of course in most of the Blissey variants, Blissey has a partner. So they can avoid Sableye's resistance, there are also cards like Switch and Warp Point that can avoid it's attack.
Sableye does not just help vs. Pokémon with one attack (example: Electivire, Flygon Ex, Gardevoir Ex, Nidoqueen, etc.) in every case, a Pokémon has a better attack than the other, or if one Pokémon does not have enough energy, you can Disable the one he can use. Also remember that Disable does 10 damage, so this can work has Plus Power/Strength Charm, mean while you are powering up one of your bench Pokémon.
Sableye also has a Poke-Power that he really helpful, if helps you get the top decking you need, and not only that it combos with Blissey , yes it helps get basic energy in the discard early game, it also combos with Delcatty Ex, Magneton PK, etc. So it's not just good vs. Blissey, it's good with it.
Special thanks to Prime, for giving better ideas!!!
Well this article has come to it's end, I hope you like it, as much as I did writing it, any ideas will be the most welcomed!
