Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Create-a-Set: Teen Titans (COMPLETE!)

No reservations, but it doesn't matter because there's no rule saying only one version of a given Pokemon is permitted. I'll accept any number of versions of a given Pokemon (even as a Pokemon-ex, though I prefer not to have multiples of a Pokemon-ex if it can be avoided), as long as they show that the cardmaker put an appropriate amount of thought into making them and followed the rules. You want to do the Starfire's Wigglytuff line? Go ahead and do it, just be aware that someone else might also do it.

I'll leave it to you to figure out a way to rebalance it after removing that restriction -- be it increasing the attack cost, changing the base damage, or whatever.

EDIT: OK, you technically took care of my concern about the free retreat thing, but that Poke-Body completely overrides it, and with no conditions. In other words, we're still right where we started -- with a conditionless free retreater (as long as Poke-Bodies are active, at least). Add a condition to the Poke-Body (not an Active-only restriction, as that would be meaningless), or the card does not count.
