Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Create-a-Set: Teen Titans (COMPLETE!)

EDIT: *Sigh* OK, that works, I guess. I hope you realize, though, that your hatred for the TRR method of treating Dark-in-name made that card a lot wordier than it really needed to be. Oh, and by the way, that Fury Cutter is just a tad overcosted -- GCC or GG would be more appropriate.

Cyborg's Porygon2
(C)
90 HP
Weakness: (F)
Resistance: N/A
Retreat Cost: (C)

Poke-Power: Reprogramming
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard a card from your hand. If you discarded an Energy card, search your deck for an Energy card. If you discarded a Basic Pokemon or Evolution card, search your deck for a Basic Pokemon or Evolution card. If you discarded a Trainer card, search your deck for a Trainer card. Either way, show the chosen card to your opponent and put it into your hand. You can't use more than one Reprogramming Poke-Power per turn.

(C)(C) Quick Tackle
Choose one of your opponent's Pokemon, and put a number of damage counters on that Pokemon equal to the number of Energy attached to Cyborg's Porygon2. You can't place more than 5 damage counters in this way.

Hey, what's the fun in running a set if you can't take liberties once in a while? Note, by the way, that Porygon2 is still considered off-theme for Cyborg. Therefore, I do not want to see any more Cyborg's Porygon or Cyborg's Porygon2, and Porygon2 is not considered a valid Pokemon-ex for Cyborg. By the way, if someone would be so kind as to compile a list of all the cards in this set, I'd greatly appreciate it. Don't take on the task lightly -- this set has been going for about 3 months now, and is pretty huge.

If the Defending Pokemon has Resistance to (W), this attack does 20 plus 30 more damage and the Defending Pokemon is now Asleep.

(W)(C)(C) Tail Bounce(80)
After doing damage, you may choose 1 of your Benched Pokemon and move all Energy attached to Aqualad's Azumarril ex to that Pokemon. During your next turn, Aqualad's Azumarril ex can't retreat, switch with 1 of your Benched Pokemon, or leave play.

Raven's Mr. Mime ex
(P)

Retreat Cost: (C)(C)

Poke-Power: Rebound Wall
When Raven's Mr. Mime ex is your Active Pokemon and 40 or less damage would be done to Raven's Mr. Mime ex by an attack, you may flip a coin. If heads, do all damage from that attack to the Attacking Pokemon instead of Raven's Mr. Mime ex. If tails, Raven's Mr. Mime's ex cannot attack or retreat during your next turn. You may not use this Poke-Power if Raven's Mr. Mime ex is affected by a Special Condition.

(P)(C)(C) Premonition 50+
Guess whether the top card of your deck is a Trainer, an Energy card, or a Pokemon. Reveal the card to all players. If you guessed right, this attack does 50 damage plus 40 more damage and put the revealed card into your hand. If you guessed wrong, shuffle the revealed card back into your deck.

Mostly original ideas, Carrington, but don't think I didn't notice that the Beast Boy's Charizard is a cut and paste job from two previous Charizard cards. Still, they're old enough that I'll let it pass. You will have to change Continuous Fireball to do 40x instead of 50x, though -- I know Dark Charizard had it at 50x, but the damage-to-energy ratio is too far off with it at 50x.

It should be obvious that those are remakes of Lorak's Magnet family from EX: Conductive Burst. IMO you should redo them, however we'll let dkates settle this.

Yes, I liked his Magneton line and pretty much reprinted them like Carrington reprinted Dark Charizard and like him I made a few minor changes. I guess I should have said this earlier, but I'm not trying to steal his card ideas

I don't have any problem with cards in this set being based directly on past cards. If I see a card that is a carbon copy of an older card, especially a real one, or has only the most minimal of changes, then I will probably be unwilling to accept the card, for the simple reason that posting such a card exactly fits the definition of plaigarism. Carrington found this out the hard way; in one of my other CaC sets (I think it was Mega Man X), he posted a Celebi that was pretty much a carbon copy of the Devolution Beam Mew. Suffice it to say, I was significantly less than pleased.
