Gengar Lv.X Question and News??

I accidently stumbled over this as I was searching some Japanese pokemon sites:

[genga] LV.X Binary-coding Super [rearitei] * HP 140
Weak point Bad ×2 Resistivity Steel - 20 Escaping 0 Number 043/090
<[pokepawa]>Level down
1 times you can use in your own turn. [pokemon] LV.X1 of the partner from above, one peeling off level it makes the card of [pokemon] knock down LV.X. You reset the card which it peeled off to the mountain bill of the partner and the mountain bill finish. If as for this power this [pokemon] special state you cannot use.

Damage pain super super nothing
In [pokemon] everyone of the partner where the damage counter is riding, respectively 30 damages.

So it seems this card translates into:

Poke-Power: Level-Down
You can use this power once during your turn. Choose a Pokémon Lv. X of your opponent, remove the highest level card from it and shuffle it back into your opponent´s deck. This power cannot be use if Gengar Lv. X is affected by a special condition.

[PPC] Damage pain
Does 30 damage to each opponent´s Pokémon with at least one damage counter on it.

I this becomes real then I don't think that it will be become an 'unbeatable' deck. With things like Absol LV X coming out, I don't think that this will be as popular as people are expecting it to be...

I don't know, that translation seems believable. Nothing has ever had an attack that deLV's a Pokemon, and the LV. X's tend to introduce new concepts. It's also not gamebreaking, which makes me want to believe this is real.

That spoiler shows Steel resistance, where the Gengar LV.X clearly shows Normal resist. Also, I imagine that power would be "Once during your turn, when you play this card from to level up your active pokemon", rather than "once during your turn".

Probably a mistranslation. But I never said it's real for sure, just that it's believable.

That would be cool if it is real but unlikely because it is colorless resistance and most likely not that good. Using a power for something like that and being able to attack same turn will be broken.

Either way, it's safe to say that no matter WHAT the card does, just the looming possibility of it jumping 30 more hp is enough to make me shudder. The translation above is believable, and honestly I'd totallly be ok with it.

I guess you are right but you are forgetting the reason why the HP jump is there is because the New normal Gengar is 120 not 110 like before but unless of course the Gengar Lv.X works great with this new Gengar people will play the SF one which can be broken.

I think that power is too good.

It completely destroys decks that use Shaymin and Heatran.
It's also a Dialga G lv X counter

If the card went back into the hand, I would be ok with it, but into the deck is just nasty.

I hope they translate it to putting three counters on everything with damage. That whey you could just G your important stuff.
