Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Location of Worlds 2005

They should keep it in Orlando. It's a great spot, has entertainment, fairly cheap rooms, and awesome accessability (sp?). Plus I have a much better chance at going. :)

I didn't like Orlando. The food wasn't that great and it was expensive. I think it should be in Hawaii. Parents can hang out in the beach while their kids play.

Yeah, Hawaii would work. It's not that far away from Japan either. The only thing wrong with Hawaii is you would have to fly no matter what if you had an invite or were going to play in the grinders.

I would love it to be in San Diego, but thats because I live by there. A central place would be a good idea, maybe Denver?

Following with the same pattern, I say a good place would be florida again, sandiego, or seattle. I would push for california though, that would be nice.

The convention centers here in Denver/Colorado area might suffice however I don't think it is the greatest location in comparison to fun places like Hawaii, Orlando, and others. I mean I could tell you 587 different ways a Pokemon Trainer could have fun in Colorado but only about five of them are good and the rest is based on tradition that me and other Pokemon players in the state do on a constant basis. Such as Arby's Night! See what I mean. Besides if we did have it in Denver we would need to have it in the winter because it would be fun to toss a few snowballs at POP staff, Ives, last years World Champions, etc.

"Hey Dave fetch me a snowball!"

I have said it before my dream pick for Worlds would have to be somewhere, anywhere in Japan. Realistically if it has a beach/big pool, a nearby super-sized arcade, and a Taco Bell (or a Sushi Bar) that would suffice for me.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Washington D.C., our Nation's Capitol!
It's a great tourist place with hundreds of places an event like World's could be held. Forget New York or Orlando...

Im OK with the snowballs... unless they are filled with stone... OK, let us remember one thing, worlds is japan pcl´s excuse for paid vacations, so it is gonna be held in a place the japanese believe to be amusing and Pui agreed it can be used, so think turistical places, thats why they chose disneyworld in Florida, and no, i dont mean turistically cultural, no museum-like states.

I would say these locations would be good.
1.NYC (at madison square garden) if there able to have worlds for yu-gi-oh there they should have pokemon worlds there too.
2.hawaii (for the parents to relax)
3.Japan (because pokemon originated there.)

these are my locations I want worlds to be.

worlds has to be somewhere in the usa because it'll be too expensive to fly everyone out of the country, and if they dont do it many people wont be able to go.

a big city, like nyc, orlando, cali somewhere, seattle, philly, austin, or something like that might work.

I think Detroit should host it.
It only makes sence.
2005 North Americal Auto Show
2005 baseball all star game
2005 Pokemon World Championships
2006 Super Bowl

It would help the local govt and businesses prepare for the Superbown onslought. Really test the inferstructure and preparedness of the hotels and convention businesses.

atlanta georgia all the way... we could hold it in the Westin Inn, it used to be called something else... its one of the tallest hotels in the world, and has a spinning resturant on top called the sundial... THAT would be sweet.

I really dont think theyll go out side of the US. An most likly not out of the lower 48. somewhere in the midwest would be nice but the odds of that are... not good.

(i dont like it when people laugh at me)

In my opinion, I'd like to see the Worlds at either of these places:
1. NYC(Right at the good ol' MSG)
2. Japan(Sushi Anyone?)
3.Italy(Anywhere but the Leaning Tower of Pisa)
4.Tennesee(A quiet place, but hey, find a place and play!)
5. Canada(The least likely to hold the Worlds)

These are the places that should have the worlds. Let me know what you think.

I vote Boston MA. for the selfish reason that it is convenient for myself...but also for the fact(s) that A.) it's in the continental U.S., B.) it's on the East Coast, C.) it's uber historic, D.) if it's in the Spring/Summer the weather is nice, E.) Boston never gets any love. Stupid loveless Boston.
