Next rotation?

Don't think rotating DRX on would be a disaster, I would like to see it happen like that personally.
And the new sets coming out seems to show a bit more balance, and wouldn't see blastoise/keldeo as a prominent deck, especially with the loss of energy retrieval.

But they are getting SUPER Energy Retrieval...

Which is only a single ace-spec card. Also I want to see N finally get rotated...had enough of the card.

With the Ultra Ball reprint, that does mean we can still use past ones correct? The wording, etc won't change to destroy older usage?

Pokemon Sets Rotation

Hi, could you tell me how the pokemon sets rotate out?
also when does the sets rotate out too?

Thanks in advance :)

Genesect EX and Ninetales will more than keep it in check.

Not really, considering with Genesect you have to attach from your hand and for Ninetales to be effective you have to use Devo Spray, and in both circumstances they are yet another benchsitter clogging your deck up. The game just becomes the same few decks, and it gets boring fast.

Every year around June Pokemon begins revealing information regarding the next season, specifically what the next format is.

Rotations take effect after Worlds on September 1st.

Note that sets rotated out and other specifics are largely up to speculation as Pokemon tends to rotate out 3-5 sets, but some previous formats either rotated more or have had no rotation at all. In general however it seems that 7 sets at the beginning of a format is the standard.

Wow.. title is very misleading.

You were wondering to if it's been announced somehow? it fooled me to.

on topic: Yea you don't have to worry until the next round/new year of tournaments (after worlds). All signs point to NxD-on, with concern for more or less sets rotated.

Unlikely; besides the fact that Deluge decks are just one example (several potent Bench sitters would happily abuse above this scenario). Aggressive decks that are otherwise mono-Basic are the ones that can most easily work in Ninetales (and possibly Devolution Spray).

Please note that while have not tested this shift, I have experienced similar situations in the past as this is not an uncommon thing for the game.
