I ended up in 10 place for my 2nd consecutive tournement. Dang tiebreakers. Ross played what I am sure was his own creation. It had Psycic Metagorss, Delta Meganium, Delta Septile Ex ( that one is really annoying), Latios * and Smooth Over Magacargo

The Corvallis CC was a lot of fun even if the play area was a bit cramped. But the TO's did an excellent job in running the event. I hope Kelso tomorrow will be just as much fun. I had never been to Corvallis prior to this weekend, but its a great city and may family has really enjoyed being here the past two days.

Ross ran something completely random that went 2-3 on the day.

And you'd be correct about BDIF.

Ross ran something completely random yet ingenious but had terrible sour grapes (a Flariados flip and a 2/2 prized (2 of a card in deck, both prized) to go 2-3.

You know, sceptile doesn't really stop flairados right? Unless you're running cloyster d too, you can flip one tails and lose completely.

So who won?

Lol

Thats great. Too bad I did not get my chance to play you. Hopefully I will finally get the chance at Oregon States on March 10th. Last year I went 5-1 in states, ranked #2 in Swiss, then I got paired against my wife in T16 and lost 2-1 .

The top8 (in no specific order):

BDIF (me)
Mewtrick (Paul N.)
Boom (Tyler N.)
Boom (Levi)
Boom (Thor)
Raieggs (Chris C.)
Raieggs (Jeff C.)
Raieggs (Marvin Q.).

Oddly enough, this is the first time I've made top cut this season.

>_<

I was going all [R] and stubbornly running crap rogue. -_-

BTW, thanks for putting my name last both times. :nonono:

You beat my brother.

Therefore, you deserved it.

Corvallis Oregon, Saturday, Jan. 20th

59 Players

Masters: 27 Players

Seniors: 10 Players

Juniors: 22 Players

<Winners>

Master
1st - Jeff C (RaiEggs)
2nd - Thor H (Boom)

At least Thor didn't win. I don't know if I'd ever be able to put up with all the bragging.

R - I know you're looking for a fight. You won't find it here.

Fight? No. Just pointing out how ridiculous it is to call a deck that when it does only as good as mine at cities. Mine must be the best in the format, too.

Decks like that should never take tournaments. My ASH based deck of charizard, venusaur, blastoise, espeon, pidgeot, pikachu that I've been developing and tweaking for months deserves to win every CC. Screw you people *pouts*

I'll see you Oregon scrubs at states.

j/k guys seriously. Congrats to jeff and thor, because thor is awesome and jeff is a genius. I will see you guys at states though, hopefully.

I h8 delta. *rips delta to shreds

So, i was REALLY surprised my dad goes undefeated and then loses in t8. >_< curse of the first ftl!

Final standings for Oregon CCs:

Spinach: 3 wins
Chris C.: 1 win
Shawn G.: 1 Win
Thor H.: 1 Win
Joel A.: 1 Win
Jeff C.: 1 win

Those tied in wins are ranked in terms of coolness.

:tongue::biggrin:
