What happened to "Oklahoma" taking the glass? I hear he's good. I've never seen him in person though. Can't wait to meet him.

I referenced "us Okies" as in one of us from Oklahoma, but it's all good.
So if you win Texas States do I get a turn at taking the trophy home and sleeping with it? I am a part of "us Okies," right?

Just playing, though - the tournaments will happen the way that they're supposed to. If a win is in the cards, then I'll gladly accept, but if it isn't, then meh, no biggie!

I'm gonna make everybody laugh, but do we have to reserve a room just for States? Can't we just "roll" down to the hotel and sign up?

the hotel hosts a yearly convention that plenty of people don't stay at the hotel for. I'm sure that you don't have stay at the hotel. I'm just going to ride the train there.

You do not have to reserve a room for States, Birch was nice enough to make a deal for those who want to stay at the hotel. Feel free to rest your head wherever you wish.
No, you do not have to preregister. Anyone can walk in off the street the day of the event and sign up and play. Preregistering helps Birch so if you know you'll be there, go ahead and preregister.
