Very simple, it's a three step process.

1. Go to the Dairy Queen that's closest to the tournament.
2. Order a Hunger Buster with no pickles.
3. When the counter person ask you if you want to super size your order, you must YELL out Pikachu. You must yell it loud. The counter person will then preregister you.

You'll have to play better decks than Garchomp S2, lol. You should come to league tournaments on Saturdays for some pre-states practice.

wow this is making me laugh sooo hard i'm on the floor anyways ya so the Texans or the Oakies. Who would Win??? sounds like my national pokedex. LET THE SMACK TALK BEGIN!!!

Wouldn't a Colt 45 or longhorn be more appropriate to bring to Texas States? I do not think I can borrow Longhorns mascot....

No, you do not have to preregister. Anyone can walk in off the street the day of the event and sign up and play. Preregistering helps Birch so if you know you'll be there, go ahead and preregister.
