Not only will I have to spend countless hours working on my list, metagaming, and playtest against every other deck, I will also have to waste time learning all the tricks and trades to rock paper scissors.
If someone can increase their odds to...70% of winning rps using different strategies, it just isn't right that they can shuffle their opponents' hands down to three almost every time.
This card goes against the nature of the game. Emphasis should be put on pokemon, not on rps.
