Why 4 Bench Shield? Wouldn't you want the Donphan to damage the bench so when you bring up Machamp and use Champ Buster to do 100 + 10 for every benched Pokemon with damage on it? Also DCE would speed up the Machamp.

I would loose the special dark energy because Togekiss can't get special energy out, and once you level Darkrai up the special energy is redundant. I would add in a SW Weavile line so that I can turn both the Togekiss and Dusknoirs dark and take advantage of Darkrai Lv.X's Dark Shadow pokebody.

Looking at the 2008-2009 Modified Legal Reprint list, I don't understand why Claw Fossil and Root Fossil from pre Legends Awakened sets do not require a reference. It seems that the mechanics of these cards have changed significantly.

If you are going to play Waillord you might think about adding Xatu in. His power lets you switch a special condition to the defending pokemon. If Wailord is asleep you could move the special condition to the defending pokemon, then switch up the Gliscor to do Pester for 80.
