Here are the Stadium cards for each Robot Master!
Heat Man’s Stage
Trainer card

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card when another Stadium card comes into play.
In order for a player to attach an Energy card from his or her hand to 1 of his or her Pokémon that does not have Heat Man in its name, that player must shuffle 1 other card from his or her hand into his or her deck.
Spark Man’s Stage

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card when another Stadium card comes into play.
Whenever any player plays a Basic Pokémon that doesn't have Spark Man in its name from his or her hand, that player puts 1 damage counter on that Pokémon.
Star Man’s Stage

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card when another Stadium card comes into play.
Whenever a Pokémon with Star Man in its name attacks another Pokémon, that attack does 10 more damage for each Special Energy card attached to the other Pokémon.
Dark Man’s Stage

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card when another Stadium card comes into play.
For each {D} Energy card attached to a Pokémon with Dark Man in its name, damage done to that Pokémon by attacks is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
Plant Man’s Stage

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card when another Stadium card comes into play.
Each Pokémon that does not have Plant Man in its name pays {C} more to retreat.
Freeze Man’s Stage

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card when another Stadium card comes into play.
Whenever a player’s Pokémon that does not have Freeze Man in its name attacks, that Pokémon takes 10 damage at the end of that player’s turn. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance.)
Junk Man’s Stage

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card when another Stadium card comes into play.
Once during each player’s turn (before he or she attacks), that player may flip a coin. If heads, he or she takes an Energy card from his or her discard pile and attaches it to 1 of his or her Pokémon with Junk Man in its name.
Ground Man’s Stage

Ignore Weakness when a {G} Pokémon does damage to a Pokémon with Ground Man in its name.
