Note: You may notice that Dark Man’s Crawdaunt, Carvanha, and Sharpedo have a Weakness to {G} instead of {F}. That’s because Dark-types are also weak to Bug-type attacks and that Water-types are also weak to Grass-type attacks, both of which are represented by {G} in the TCG. Also, there are {D}-type Crawdaunt, Carvanha, and Sharpedo cards in what I will call the “Deoxys set”, and they have a Weakness to {G} instead of {F}. Also, in EX: TA vs TM, Team Aqua’s Poochyena and Mightyena had a Weakness to {G} instead of {F}. In other words, this is something I’m trying out with these Water-and-Dark Pokémon. However, I could always go back and change their Weakness.

Here are some more Trainer cards for this set! Note that the text for the first of these cards was done by dkates.

King
Trainer card
Supporter
You can play only 1 Supporter each turn. Put this card next to your Active Pokémon and discard this card after playing it.
You may not play this card if your Bench is full or your opponent has no Benched Pokemon. Move your Active Pokemon to Bench and your opponent's Active Pokemon to your Active position. Your opponent chooses one of his Benched Pokemon as his Active Pokemon. You may not move your opponent's Pokemon from your Active position in any way (if any card effect would move it out of the Active position, ignore that effect) or attach any cards to it. For the remainder of this turn, other than the above restrictions, you may use the Pokemon you moved to your Active position as if it were your own Active Pokemon, including any Pokemon Powers or attacks it may have. At the end of your turn, return all Pokemon that were moved by this card to their original positions, if they are still in play.

Proto Ball
Trainer card
Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a Pokémon that has Proto Man in its name, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. If tails, search your deck for a Basic Pokémon that has Proto Man in its name, show it to your opponent and put into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Bass Ball
Trainer card
Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a Pokémon that has Bass in its name, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. If tails, search your deck for a Basic Pokémon that has Bass in its name, show it to your opponent and put into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Dr. Wily’s Trick Gym
Trainer card
Stadium card
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play.
As long as this card is in play, any Pokémon in play that has Heat Man, Spark Man, Star Man, Dark Man, Plant Man, Freeze Man, Junk Man, Ground Man, Bass, or Dr. Wily in its name may use this card’s attack instead of its own during that Pokémon’s owner’s turn. (That Pokémon must still have the Energy required to use that attack.)
{C} Wily Attack Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads to each Defending Pokémon.

King’s Castle
Trainer card
Stadium card
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play.
All damage done by Pokémon with King in their names is increased by 10 (before applying Weakness and Resistance) and all damage done to Pokémon with King in their names is reduced by 10 (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

Crystal Teleport
Trainer card
Stadium card
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play.
Any Pokémon (both yours and your opponent’s) with maximum HP 70 or less can’t use any Poké-Bodies.

Note: Crystal Teleport is a short stage in Mega Man & Bass that is accessed after defeating a few Robot Masters. In it are teleporting hatches (similar to the ones you find in Wily’s Fortress in most Mega Man games that take you to each Robot Master to fight again). Each hatch takes you to a room where there are glowing crystals that can only be destroyed by a specific Robot Master’s weapon. Once all eight crystals are destroyed, you gain access to King’s Castle. The Stadium card for it is exactly like Mt. Moon, except that it shuts down Poké-Bodies instead of Poké-Powers.
